The Lorenzo suite is located in an upscale neighborhood of Cheviot Hills which is ideal for walking, jugging and bike riding. It is right by 2 famous Golf courses and tennis courts in Cheviot Hills. It is very quiet and charming area and is a 3 minutes to freeway #10 which takes you in 10 minutes to Down town LA, 5 minutes to Santa Monica beaches, 15 minutes to LAX airport.
The Unique Benefits at this Guest House Apt.: We do live in this property on the main part of the house which has Separate entrance. The apartment/suite is on the 2ND floor with it's own private entrance.

I am an artistic and well traveled. My favorite city is Florence in Italy. I am an interior architect/designer. We bought this property on year 2000 and renovated it to a Tuscan design house. The guest Apartment/suite is added on 2005. This guest apartment/suite is cozy and stylish, fully furnished over 650 sq. feet, wood floors, soaring ceiling with complete kitchen, elegant shower and bath, cable TV. Separate entrance. I have spent all my love and knowledge of Tuscany towards designing and detailing this property and guest Apartment/suite.

Because it is the a quint, centralized, private, upscale, and beautiful area in west LA. close to UCLA, USC, Fox and Sony Studios, Santa Monica, beach, beautiful Century City Shopping Center, Beverly Hills, great restaurants, entertainment and theater centers, Disney Hall and whole other great sources. Cheviot Hills is an area that will give you a feeling that you are in a charming European city as far as beauty and it's closeness surroundings

I spent two weeks at this lovely spot and so enjoyed my stay. The studio, complete with french doors opening to a small terrace in the front and a balcony with a view of the pool in the back, is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The garden is as lovely as described, pots overflowing with colorful flowers,trailing vines, and fountains all framing a stunning pool. My stay included peaches and apricots that were fresh off the trees. The studio has easy access to the 10 and 405 (if you have not visited Los Angeles easy access to both these highways makes life much easier), Beverly Hills and the Century City Mall. Nargess Phillips, the owner is a delight and goes out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable. I have stayed at several rent by owner properties in the LA area, this studio is by far the best.
I have stayed in many Homeaway accommodations in the past but never have I found such a delightful spot as our host Nargess' home -- situated in a beautiful residential area near a rolling golf course, impeccably clean and decorated with a wonderful designer's eye. And best of all is the gorgeous backyard and pool -- every morning when we took a swim, we felt like we were stepping back into a Tuscan estate in Italy! The home is only 5 minutes away from the lively shopping and movie district of Westwood yet is set in most peaceful and quiet upscale neighborhood. We are telling all our friends back in Chicago about this rental and will certainly be staying here the next time we come to LA. Wonderful host, wonderful home! Thank you, Nargess!

The property was lovely. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt very safe. The suite was elegant w a wonderful new BR. The owner was attentive and helpful. Parking was in front of the home and always available.The yard w the beautiful pool and fragrant jasmine was magical The neighbor hood was perfect for early morning walks w many people up and out..My stay was very relaxing after busy days w family and grandchildren.I hope the suite will be available when I come again.
This was by far one of the coolest places I've ever stayed. Aside from being immaculate, the room was absolutely beautiful. Double doors led to an enchanting Romeo and Juliet balcony. I kept the doors open at night and let the beautiful natural breeze flow through. The location is ideal, as you can get to most places in Los Angeles quickly. The pool looked extremely enticing; however I never had time to swim. On top of all that, Nargess was such a wonderful host. It was my first time in L.A., and she took hours out of her day to help me get situated. If you have the chance, talk with her, she is an extremely fascinating person. I cannot thank her enough for this wonderful experience. Five stars all the way.
So well maintained with attention to every detail. This property is peaceful and has a beautiful setting. The owner is so helpful and kind. I would love to just live there!!! Truly enjoyable stay!!!!
Nargess was the perfect host and made our weekend in West LA the perfect memory. We simply cannot say enough about her! This location is close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery, night life, beaches, movie studios...the list is too long to include everything. Parking was free, adjacent and simple. The accommodations and hospitality far exceeded our expectations. To enter the back yard completely feels like you are being transported to another time and place...the photos in the listing are beautiful but scarcely do justice. You must see this property, yourself! The suite was very clean and anything we needed or could not locate was quickly afforded with a simple request. Serenity and luxury at a great value! Highly recommend and we are definitely planning a return visit as soon as possible.
10 minutes walking to Century City shopping center, movie theatres, great restaurants and hotels on Ave. of Stars. 10 minutes walking to Beverly Hills club, fox studios. You can drive to Beverly hills, Rodeo Drive and West Hollywood (design district) in 5 minutes. The house is located in the most convenient part of LA for everywhere. The property is located 10 minutes beautiful walking to 24 hours fitness club, great restaurants on Pico Blvd., West wood area, and Century City Shopping Center.
