Great time spent at Jessica's condo. Close to subway, grocery and restaurants. Condo was spacious for our family of five and very clean. Jessica was very flexible with our check in/out times and readily available. The loft was spacious although a bit warm in June for anyone to sleep. Our two younger children slept on the pull out while the our oldest slept in the twin. Harlem has been gentrified, we did not have any concerns with the locals. We enjoyed the Mexican restaurant steps from the condo several times during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay at Jessica's in the future.
The photos show a neat apartment more and better maintained.
The beds in the second bedroom are a not comfortable and old sofa and a small bed with no room for anything else, has no place to store clothes (Photo is completely different)
The room upstairs is impossible to be used , it is extremely hot without air conditioner. In summer there is a three bedroom apartment.
Upstairs is full of things not corresponds to each what you see in the pictures ( 2 beds and sofa or small )
Wood floors damaged , broken chairs....everything is different to photos. There is only an armchair in living room and it is dirty and old
Neighborhood is very dirty , smelly , noisy...
The elevator did not work for two days
I am very disappointed!!
I would not recommend this department
My daughter, myself, and three of my friends stayed here recently. Beautiful, clean, and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Great
grocery store two blocks away. Quiet building. Owner was flexible and accommodating. Nice place to relax at the end of a busy day!
My husband and our three children had a fantastic time in this massively spacious, bright, clean and comfortable apartment. Filled with every amenity, including laundry in the apartment, the place is right in the middle of the cultural hub Harlem is in the amazing New York City. Express subway is a block away, so you’re in Time’s Square in 15 mins. , yet only 2 blocks away from the country feel of Central Park, perfect for picnic and frolicking family time. To top it off Jessica is great and super easy to deal with. If you want a full flavor of pretty much all New York City has to offer, this place is the perfect observation deck
My family and I rented the place for 11 days and it was worth every penny!
The place is great!! Clean, organized, spacious, very comfortable beds in a good location. There is a walking distance grocery store and very easy access to the subway. The Local people were very gentle and polite to us.
Everything in the house is working perfectly! The owners were very kind!!
We will defenitelly recommend to all our friends! And return very soon.
No complains at all!

My family and I just spent 6 wonderful days at Manhattan.
The description of the apartment by the owner's is for 100% right.
The apartment is spacious, clean, well maintained and with all comfort, the beds comfortable.
1 block from the subway, 15 minutes from the city center (Times Square) by subway. The perfect location to visit NYC.
To be honest , we don't have anything wrong to tell about it.
I highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again.
In January 2010, The New York Times reported that in "Greater Harlem," blacks ceased to be a majority of the population in 1998, with the change largely attribuable to the rapid arrival of new white and hispanic residents. The former president Bill Clinton took office on space in Harlem.
This property is totally safe and secure and the surrounding is very funny. Sounds like Eddie Murphy. Don't panic if you see some some guys standing up at the corner street talking loud and saying yo,yo,yo.... This is an normal behaviour and they really don't care about you.
I have some love words to Jessica (great photografer and owner) and to her, the rockin friend "Roz". I had pleasure time and peace on this place - Thank You :-)
You are right at the top of Central Park (110th st) and the 2/3 express subway line which takes you in 10 minutes to Times Square and Columbus Circle, 15 -20 minutes from Soho, Chelsea, The Village, Tribeca, Chinatown. The perfect vacation home for friends and family. Our spacious, sunny and immaculate apartment is on the top floor of a 5 story prewar elevator building at W. 113th street . A unique find in NYC with it's soaring 18 foot ceilings and duplex layout.
