The private screened lanai enjoys a lake view with a lovely fountain. A short walk leads to the heated pool.

Lover’s Key and Carl Johnson State Park offer a spectacular white sand beach and quieter atmosphere. Free cable television, DVD, and access to free high speed internet complete the living room area which is furnished in colorful Florida décor. The Master suite has a king sized bed, two spacious walk in closets, a large bathroom with shower and separate tub. The guest suite offers twin beds, walk in closet and a private full bath as well. Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer finish the second floor.

We rented this condo for 3 months (Jan-April 2012) and would highly recommend it to others. Julie and Joe (owners) are just wonderful people who not only respect your privacy, but are very responsive to any issue no matter how small. We got more than a vacation, we acquired two great new friends. The pictures in this listing are very accurate and in some ways don't do it justice because it is so spacious. It is sparkling clean throughout; the beds very comfortable; the furniture in great condition; and the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. We made great use of the two bikes, the barbeque, and the garage. We enjoyed coffee and newspaper each day on the spacious lanai. The view of the water feature behind was very calming...the frequent wildlife (birds) amazing to watch, particularly the nesting Osprey. We used the heated salt water pool almost every day. It is a short 3 minute walk from the condo.
The best feature is the condo's location....Publix, Walgreens, CVS, banks, great restaurants and pubs are all close by and reasonably-priced. They are too numerous to mention, but Julie provided lots of literature for many of them. Both inshore and offshore fishing is available 5 minutes from the unit. We enjoyed both. Ft Myers Beach and Bowman's Beach on Sanibel are 10 and 15 minutes away respectively and offer beach experiences like no other. Spring training in two of the finest facilities for baseball are just down the road about 15 mins away, as is the great RSW airport. Due to family priorities we are regretfully unable to return next year, but hope to in the future. In the meantime, others will get to enjoy all that we enjoyed about this great condo and its superb, quiet location. As stated, we do not hesitate in the least in recommending this unit to others. We loved it.
My husband and I were remodeling our house and needed a place to call home for a while. This beautiful, immaculately clean, and restful location was just perfect. The location couldn't be better. We were able to dine at excellent restaurants close by, take a quick jaunt to Sanibel Island for the beach, or just sit on the lanai and enjoy the peaceful views of the lake and fountain after a busy day. A beautiful, relaxing, peaceful place. Spacious, clean, and wonderfully appointed. Pictures are accurate, and place is larger than it looks. Julie was a pleasure to do business with -- very responsive. Will definitely consider a return trip in the future.
WE ENJOYED THIS PROPERTY VERY MUCH. IT WAS VERY WELL DECORATED AND EQUIPPED. THE VIEW FROM THE LANAI AND MASTER BEDROOM ARE SO CALMING. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT AS FAR AS EASE TO GROCERY STORES AND RESTAURANTS. MOST WERE WITHIN A COUPLE MILES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE "PIZZA PUB" LOCATED DOWN ON WINKLER ROAD IF YOU LIKE ITALIAN FOOD. THE PICK YOUR OWN TOMATOE AND FRUIT STAND WAS AWESOME AS WELL.
JULIE WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HER AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
We cannot begin to say how wonderful our stay was at this condo, the owners are exceptional to deal with, honest as the day is long. It is a beautiful home with everything you want or need, clean as a whistle and located near everything you need, shopping, groceries, beaches, Twins baseball, etc. We will be coming back as soon as we can, we had a fabulous time. Many thanks to the owners for all there hospitality.
