Our mountain home is perfectly suited for a couple. New Kitchen and applianes.The double size hide-a-bed on the main floor den can accomodate one adult (51' wide). Big screen TV in den area and flat screen TV in upstairs bedroom. Convenient washer and dryer on main floor and High Speed Internet is available in your condo. Walk only one minute to our comfortable cabana with a newly remodeled heated pool/extra large hot tub/spa/changing bathrooms, dry sauna and a friendly, helpful staff during pool hours. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Thank you for noting that THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED PER HOA RESTRICTIONS.

As long time Utah residents and avid skiers, bikers and hikers we have always loved Park City. We are thrilled to be able to experience all that Park City has to offer just outside our door. Being located directly on the Municiple Golf Course is wonderful and there are hiking and biking trails just a few steps away. With the free shuttle service all that this mountain resort has to enjoy is ours!

We chose to buy at Three Kings Condominiums because of its location only minutes from Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR). We can walk to the Three Kings lift or take a free shuttle from across the street for a 1 minute ride to the resort's main area. We can also take the shuttle to downtown, shopping areas, Deer Valley or The Canyons. In the Spring, Summer and Fall there is golf, biking and hiking right outside our door.
While we stay out our home-away-from-home we enjoy the amenities the heated pool, spa, sauna, central lounge facility and a helpful staff.
My husband and I spent the month of August at this condo. Simply said, "it was great". For summer time activities (and I'm sure winter also), the location was ideal. We could walk into the village or take the free bus (2 bus stops within a 2 minute walk). We used the lifts at Park City and Canyonds (a 10 minute drive) to hike. We don't mountian bike but this area seems to be a haven for enthusiasts. The condo looks out on to the golf course, so it is very private. There is a patio adjacent for the condo next door but they were there for the month and we made new friends. The condo photos are an accurate representation of the condo. It is comfortable and clean and well appointed. It is perfect for a couple. The pool and hot tub area about a 2 minute walk also - both are well kept and the pool is heated. From our first contact , Jane was very quick to respond to any questions that we had (even though at one point she was out of the country). I would highly recommend this condo for a Park City holiday.
I stayed at this condo for 10 days with my husband and 12 year old daughter for a spring skiing trip. The location was great- really close to the Park City base area.
The condo itself was very comfortable and super well equipped, with so many small details (like the fresh flowers in the dining room and bathroom) that really made it feel like a "Home away from home" .
As a first time "Home Away" user, I was not to sure of the process but Jane communicated really well all the way, even checking up on us during our stay.
Cannot recommend this property and owner highly enough. As many others before have commented, the apartment was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and was extremely well-appointed and stocked. There was plenty of space when our daughter came to stay for the weekend, or our friends came over for dinner. The rear of the apartment looks onto the golf course, adding to the spacious feel. The ski lifts are a very easy walk away; the bus stop across the road is even closer! The owner Jane contacted us to ensure that we were comfortable and satisfied with everything: we were most impressed with her level of care. We'd love to stay there again the next time we're in Park City.
Owner managed unit that is very well stocked and very clean. It really looks as good as the pictures! It is clear from the moment you enter that the owner takes a great deal of pride in the unit and is sincere in wanting you to enjoy your stay. One block to Park City ski lift and 1/2 block to bus stop. Unit has reserved, covered parking. Excellent place for a couple's getaway or ski trip.
Everything was just as described and better. The owner was extremely accommodating. She was able to assist with a guest parking pass and an early check in. Perfect place for the price. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit. We especially loved the cozy fireplace and couch with a nice view out back. Short walk to the slopes and mountain lodge and short shuttle to Main Street.
My husband and I had a very enjoyable week in Jane's condo. It's ideally suited for a couple, with the upstairs open loft and comfy king bed, although there is a fold-out couch in the living room that someone you know well could use. Jane was very personable and responsive. We found the condo well stocked, with just about every amenity you might need for your stay. It's well-decorated, comfortable and inviting and just what we were looking for. We especially enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the golf course after a day of hiking and will definitely plan a return trip.
Cross country skiing (public golf in summer) just outside your door. Bring your own equipment or rent from the PC Golf Course Club House only 1-2 minute drive down the road. Summer biking (road/paved pathway and mountain)and hiking right outside your door....it's beautiful!!
