The Space:
While you're here enjoy our large, cozy living room with 75" TV, a fully-stocked kitchen, luxury amenities, and sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests! Welcome to your home away from home.

The Space:

Upon entering our home, you'll find yourself in the entry area and first "bedroom" of our house. This sitting room area features a Full-size day bed with a Twin trundle beneath and sliding curtains hung from the ceiling for privacy. It's also home to a cozy lounge chair and massive window looking out over the front yard. Just past this area, find our kitchen and dining. Our home is brand new & host to all new appliances. It's fully-stocked with all the cooking amenities you could ever need, including a drip coffee maker, cooking supplies, and plenty of built-in storage. Sit at our 4 person bar top and entertain the cook, or gather 'round our 6-top dining table. This space is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or play a few board games.

Just past the kitchen is our living room, which is our favorite part of the house! Not only do we love how bright and inviting this space is, but we love the openness of the floor plan. Curl up on our modern, over-sized gray sectional to read a good book or stream a movie on our 75" TCL Roku TV.

At the end of the day, choose from one of our SIX luxury beds. (1-2) Our Master bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, Full fold-out sofa bed, light blocking curtains, closet, dresser, 55" TCL Roku TV and en suite bath. (3) Our first private Queen bedroom is complete with a closet, luxury bedding and nearby bath. (4) Our second private Queen bedroom has a closet, dresser and nearby bath. (5-6) Our Full-size bed and Twin trundle can be found in the front sitting room.

Out back, you'll find our fully fenced-in backyard as well as cute seating for your enjoyment.

BED BUGS

This property was infected with bed bugs. We drove 10 1/2 hours to visit our son for Thanksgiving. Needless to say this was a trip from hell. We checked in Wednesday evening around 6pm got right in and got to prepping for our big thanksgiving family dinner. It hit 11pm to turn it in for the night. Everyone retreat to their rooms. Five minutes later I hear screaming I’m getting bit something is biting me. My sister jumps up and notice something crawling on her. My nephew jumps up and says I’m getting bit by something sure enough we inspect and there you go bed is full of tiny and large bed bugs. We immediately call and there was nothing they could do about it until morning. We had to sleep I. The car the first night and leave all our stuff in the house. The director of operations came out the next day after several attempts to get a resolution. She inspected and confirmed bed bugs. Our thanksgiving was ruined and we ended our trip early. They did refund us but left us hanging with nowhere to stay and with the lost of ok our clothes. We didn’t want to risk bringing bed bugs back home

We had an amazing stay at both of there properties! We stayed a good month for sure between the 2 and they are both very clean and an amazing place to stay.

Fantastic accommodation and easy access to Fayetteville and the campus. We had a great time and was able to settle my freshman into University.

Excellent property - confusing communications

This property was perfect for our needs during my son’s graduation celebration. I was large, clean and a great gathering spot for friends and family. Though I booked and paid through VRBO (as usual) … I was notified one day before our arrival that all further communication should be directed to the property’s management team. The day before our departure, I sent a message asking for a 1 hour extension on our checkout time. The 3rd party management team of COHOBNB then started sending messages requesting authorization to use my credit card on file for the remaining balance (already paid in full) and late check out. Thankfully, as a VRBO homeowner and longtime customer, I sensed that I my payment information had been shared with a 3rd party and took the necessary precautions to secure my card. Great property … but be weary of sharing your information.
