If you are coming in the summer, you will find yourself only a few blocks from the lake, across the street from pickleball courts and less than a mile away from hundreds of mountain trails. However you spend your day, you'll love the fact that you are within walking distance to all of the shake and burger shops in downtown Garden City! If you are looking for a winter get-away, you'll be a quick 15 minute drive from the base of Beaver Mountain where you can ski the slopes or rent snow machines!

You will love staying at this modern, clean and beautiful townhome! Construction was finished January 2022, which means that you know you will be arriving in a brand new home that is spotlessly clean and has top of the line amenities. You can't top the location, and the spacious living space and fully stocked kitchen make this home the perfect place for your vacation. Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious and furnished with top of the line furniture and bedding, which enables you to go out and play hard during the day, and then come home and sleep well at night!

Quick getaway

I wish where was more kitchen items. Like a flat grill, scissors, bigger pans, sharper knives, BBQ. More seating rather than just one couch.

Great place and awesome location

We loved the place, super clean, and easy to access anywhere in town. Matt was super helpful, we stayed one more night due weather situation, and Matt made it super easy for us to schedule that extra night. We really enjoyed our time there.
