We currently live in Pensacola, FL and travel for our jobs. We enjoy traveling to different locations and motorcycles. We do as many charity bike runs as possible as our way to contribute to those less fortunate. We love to eat out and go to movies. Although we do not have alot of free time from work the beach is one of our places to relax so we thought we would buy the condo as close to it as we could get. -Steve and Cathy

We wanted a different location other than Pensacola beach and Destin is the most beautiful of the Gulf Coast. For a change of pace this area has it all.
Private beach access, 2 pools with 1 heated,a hot tub I don't have to take care of, upscale area fine dining or the average joe experience, Great atmosphere. We can relax on our own balcony in our condo and feel more at home than the hotels we usually stay at.
The condo is an excellent place to kick back and relax after a long day at the beach! Check in is at 3 p.m. but being excited to start our vacation, we arrived super early and was allowed to check in immediately. When we walked in, the first thing I noticed was how clean and nice smelling the unit was, and then after looking around I loved the full kitchen which is fully equip with everything we could need (including condiments)!
When I was looking for a place to stay at the beach, this condo came up in the search and was perfect- location, number of people it sleeps, and especially price! It is located at the back of the building, but is only about a 5 minute walk from the condo door to the sand and the beach (with a 3 year old, too). Convenient location to the beach, Pompano Joe's Restaurant, and the heart of Destin, I would HIGHLY recommend anyone staying here!
This condo is clean & comfortable and had everything we needed & more ( full kitchen, comfortable bed, beach chairs, umbrella, coin operated laundry, etc). The condo is directly across the road from the beach with a private beach access. "Across the road" can be an iffy description when reviewing places to stay BUT it took us less time to access the beach than in some places we've stayed "on the beach".
Perfect location if, like us, you spend most of your vacation on the beach- also easy access to restaurants and a short drive to shop.
This unit is on the 2nd floor directly across from the stairs and the pool.
The unit is very well done and comfortable. The owners are very responsive with questions and the guide book in the room was very helpful. The best thing about the unit is the location, right across the street from the beach, with the private access our are of the beach was never overcrowded. Loved our stay
This is the best condo in Destin/Miramar! We have been coming to Destin for years and finally found Gulfview about 6 years ago. We just happen to meet Cathy & Steve, they showed us their condo and we loved it! Have been renting from them every year since! It is a perfect location and just steps to the beautiful white sandy beach. Everything is always clean and very comfortable, and even the fridge and pantry is stocked. The laundry is so close, just out the front door. Every year they are updating and making changes to make your stay amazing. Our kids talk about it like it's our second home and can't wait till the next year! We are looking forward to July 2015! Thank you again, The Hyland's
Had a wonderful vacation thanks to Cathy and Steve. I've stayed in gulfview many times and this is the nicest unit and best experience yet. Will not be renting any other units have found my favorite. Thanks again from me, wife, and kids your condo was awesome. Kids are already looking forward to next year. Thanks again for helping us make memories for our kids and not just a vacation.
This is our second trip to this condo and it was wonderful! Everything is clean, beds are comfortable and it is the best-stocked condo we've stayed at. Our kids call it their second home and were very sad to leave. The community is right across the street from private beach access and is a short walk from Pompano Joe's (one of our favorites). We hope to return every year!
