About the property

In this holiday home you will be spoiled by the favorable orientation from the first to the last ray of sunshine. In the morning, you can have breakfast on the terrace, which is accessible from the kitchen. Until the evening you can relax on the terrace, which you enter from the living room, and the small pool. And for those who do not like to sit in the sun, there are plenty of shade donors available.

The house consists in the lower level of the living room with sofa (pull out to bed) and wall unit with TV and the well-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine) and the "half" Bathroom with toilet and sink. Upstairs are the two bedrooms each with a double bed (a bedroom with balcony access and TV) and the bathroom with bath with shower enclosure and toilet, bidet and sink.

There are plenty of parking spaces for passenger cars on the street.

The house is located in the district of La Paz, which is known for its high proportion of German tourists and residents.

The boulevard of La Paz with numerous, partly also run by German restaurants, bars, cafes and pubs as well as shops and supermarkets is only about 5 minutes walk from the house. The center of Puerto de la Cruz is about 15 minutes and the beach Martiánez about 20 minutes. The Botanical Garden is in the other direction not far from the house. In addition, it is an ideal starting point for hikes.

So in the immediate vicinity you have everything your heart desires to enjoy a carefree holiday: shopping, holiday activities, dining opportunities and much more.

To Puerto de la Cruz: This city is the "metropolis" on the north coast of Tenerife. The island capital of Santa Cruz is half an hour, the south airport an hour's drive away.

Puerto, as the town is called short, has many faces and offers each visitor his personal highlight. In the old town you can find numerous Canarian-style houses with typical wooden balconies. The square "Plaza del Charco" near the small fishing port is the hub of city life. Here everyone will find a restaurant for their taste or a cozy bar for a Vino Tinto and a few tapas. From here, a long beach promenade stretches to Playa Martiánez. The "Lago Martiánez" swimming pool, designed by the Canarian artist César Manrigue, is a huge bathing area right on the Atlantic coast.

Another sandy beach, the "Playa Jardin", is located on the other side of Puerto. This beach landscape was also designed by César Manrique. In addition to bars and cafes, there is also a playground and sanitary facilities.

A few meters further on you will reach the world-famous Loro Parque. Above the city center is the Parque Taoro, which offers from its elevated position a beautiful view over Puerto.
