Rancho Sahara is our luxurious and privately secured (registered with Desert Alarm security system ) mini estate sitting on one half acre of beautifully designed desert gardens in Magnesia Falls Cove; A beautiful residential neighborhood surrounded by the breathtaking San Jacinto Mountains in Rancho Mirage, California. The Villa features four complete bedroom/bathroom suites, plus converted garage carpeted sleeping and play room- with 1 king bed and five queen beds, and is the ideal vacation rental for your family or families, or adult leisure Palm Springs Valley vacation...We even have had a child proof safety pool guard and gate installed and available for use upon request for families with young children and grandchildren, just like our own.

Centrally located just one block south of Highway 111 in the Palm Springs Valley, we have the perfect location in the desert area for your winter, spring, summer or fall luxury vacation. We are also just ten minutes away from Palm Springs International Airport.

Our 1999 property features stylish interior designs with a southwest flare, and our deep interior lot property provides extreme quiet and privacy.

With 3000 square feet this spacious, four bedroom (plus converted garage sleeping and play room) and four bathroom luxury home features an enormous master bedroom suite with two queen beds, a second wing with two additional large bedroom/ bathroom suites with 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom in both, a private poolside casita suite with queen bedroom and now we have added a large carpeted queen bed sleeping room and play room with all new lighting and carpeting.

Rancho Sahara will easily and comfortably sleep 10 adults and or children,with it's five queen beds, and yet it still has additional sleeping room on the sectional couches in the great room for children.

We have a completely furnished kitchen with gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and fireplace. There is a mud room with an over sized washer and dryer just off the kitchen, and there is a large circular driveway with plenty of room to accommodate secured parking for five cars.

We have an elegant dining room, a spacious living room with 52 inch high definition LCD/ Cable TV with DVR, and a DVD player. Each bedroom suite is also furnished with 32 inch high definition LCD Cable TV’s. The kitchen area also has a 32 inch LCD TV, and has wireless router for high speed internet access throughout the house, so you connect to the web as soon as you arrive. So remember to bring your lap top and connect as soon as you walk in the door for all your business and personal travel information.

Our own private backyard “Resort” features an immaculately kept rock waterfall swimming pool and jacuzzi spa, a large sun deck, fire pit, and outdoor grilling station and complete patio dining area. The back yard has been furnished with the finest quality of Kingsley Bate Teak outdoor patio couches, loungers, and dining room furniture. And remember your young children and grandchildren will be safe as ever with our Swimming Pool Safety Guard and Gate. They will also really enjoy playing in our brand new sand box with four tons of sand recently delivered.

Our privately secured gated home is located just a three blocks walking distance from The River at Rancho Mirage; It's water that brings a desert to life. Which is why The River at Rancho Mirage is more than simply a shopping and entertainment center. It is a destination. The River provides a park-like waterfront with an entertainment amphitheater, live music, fountains and cascading waterfalls. The River is an unmatched environment of style and beauty, providing a place to spend the day and enjoy the evening. The River itself is a stunning and creative destination that has itself become a beautiful landmark in the desert.

We wanted a warm vacation destination getaway, from the cold winters of Minneapolis Minnesota. The Palm Springs valley has great weather, and a beautiful backdrop with the surrounding mountains all around us. Rancho Mirage is a beautiful manicured vacation destination, yet the valley has kept most of it's natural desert beauty, and the closeness to the 111 Highway give us easy access to anyone in the Palm Springs valley within minutes. What makes this estate unique

What is really amazing about our home is the amazing backyard and private gated garden yard surrounding the entire 1/2 acre compound from front to back yard and wall to wall around all four sides of the property with a large white cylinder block wall.

It also for incredible safety, security, privacy, front and back yard play areas and visiting areas for young children and adults as well. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the entire outside of the house in both front and back yard.

The front rotunda circular driveway and additional front driveway allows easy secured guest parking for as many as 6 cars.

And what about the back yard, well the back yard is truly and amazing place of beauty, tranquility, luxury vacationing for guests of all ages. There is a daylight circulating waterfall feature that descends from the elevated jacuzzi into the swimming pool. The Salt water pool and spa leaves your skin and eyes in much better shape after swimming and relaxing all day in the pool.

We also have a pool safety gate easily installed or taken down that is available for use when young children are along for vacation.

The backyard also features a separately elevated garden cement floor sitting area with couch and chair and fire pit. It is actually my favorite sitting room in the entire property and is great in the sun, the shade or at night around a cozy fire too.

Additionally we have a large covered patio dining room that sits 10, a nice covered patio grilling station with wet bar and wine beer chilling fridge out doors.

Top it off we have seven pool lounge chairs available for use when a big group wants to layout pool side.

And last there is another great separate master bedroom cozy patio space with double french walkout doors. A great place for King and queen to wake up relax and enjoy coffee and newspaper or a book in the morning.

So there it is, now you know why we love the property, great beds/baths and.........much much more to offer outside the home

  • We have 4 great Bedrooms, plus a bonus 2 Queen Bedroom in carpeted converted garage. A total of (2) Kings & (4)Queen size Beds. The home has a total of six beds, it comfortably sleeps 10 adults in beds, and there is plenty of space in Garage for additional air mattress. With King Bedroom in the enormous master bedroom/bathroom suite, and 1 king guest bedroom suite in a and two more queen guest bedroom/bathroom suites. The master bedroom sleeps bigger than any 1 king size hotel room. It has a chaise lounge and a walk in closet that could sleep two people as well (kidding). It has an incredible bathroom w/ private glass enclosed shower, full jacuzzi bathtub & a private toilet room. Sleeping in the The Master w/ King Bed is really meant for a King & Queen, & maybe a few more princes & princesses as well. It really is that big. The home provides excellent privacy & space for all guests at any one time & is a great 4 couples, a big family, 10 friends, or golf/tennis outing.

Great for Cochella/Stagecoach

My group loved our stay here for the weekend of Stagecoach. It fit us all comfortably and we spent most of our time hanging out in the great backyard. The drive back and forth to the fairgrounds was not bad at all. I would definitely recommend this place for a festival weekend or any getaway. Thanks again!

Terms include acceptance of our Leasing Rental Contract which will be sent to the Guest and is required to be returned to the Homeowner fully completed and executed within 14 days of making reservation.

Minimum age for primary renter is 30 years old which is required by the city of Rancho Mirage.

Rates include spa heating and utilities. Pool heating is optional and is an additional $50 per day. Pool Safety Gate may be requested to be installed for an additional $50.

If pets are approved, there will be a Non Refundable Pet Fee- $150- Pet must be approved by owners prior to lease agreement finalized

The Cleaning fee is based on 10 man hours of cleaning. If the house requires in excess of 10 hours of cleaning the additional hours will be charged to renter at $40. per hr. Excessive use of towels will also incur additional cleaning charges.

"Rental fee" includes spa heating & utilities but does not include Pool heating,cleaning fee, damage insurance or taxes.

We offer a 10% discount for rentals over 28 days provided that payment is made by cheque, money order, bank draft or direct deposit.

Higher rates apply for special events and holidays. Special additional terms are required for Coachella and the Stagecoach Music Festival. We require a $2000 refundable damage deposit.

The $79 damage insurance fee covers accidental damage up to $3000 per stay. Any damage in excess of the $3000 will

be charged to the renters credit card.
