You have just found your vacation spot in Paradise! Sit back and enjoy the spectacular, crystal blue and balmy Pacific Ocean.

This one bedroom, one bath, Ocean View condominium is on the second floor of the F building with fabulous ocean/sunset views. It is wheelchair accessible; there is an elevator nearby.

This resort is a mere 30 feet from crystal-clear tide pools where turtles actually frolic in the waves, and about 100 feet to Honl Beach: a picturesque white-sand beach cove right next to the condominium.

This means you have a front-row seat for seasonal whale watching or troupes of spinner dolphins that play year-round in the water right in front of your condo. And facing due west, you’ll enjoy spectacular sunsets almost every evening from the pool and BBQ are while you dine by the sea, or on your private lanai.

Also positioned right next to the shoreline, the Resort’s recently renovated salt water pool and Jacuzzi is just a few steps away from the unit itself; as well as the four immaculately-maintained gas barbecues in the dining cabana adjacent to the pool.

The Kona Reef is walking distance to the charming old fishing village of Kona, which includes the local market, quaint stores & shops, historical sites, an open air bazaar selling fresh foods and local crafts, and many restaurants, from the fine to the funky and everything in between.

Investigate further to find an excellent selection of top-quality, licensed vendors offering romantic cruises, glass-bottom boat tours, sailing, scuba dives, and of course, the deep sea fishing for which Kona is world famous (Kona is the marlin capital of the Pacific). Or if you like to check out the lay of the land, horseback riding, volcano tours, helicopter rides or coffee tours – another famous part of Kona.

Kona reef condo #F13 is our favorite vacation condo in Hawaii!! It's the ONLY place we stay while in Kona. Not only is the staff very friendly and helpful, but also the view is second to none! It has an incredible ocean view and a spacious lanai on which to enjoy that view. The condo is furnished beautifully and there is also a fully equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare meals if you wish. The pool area and grounds are always very clean and well maintained. Also, beaches and restaurants, as well as downtown Kona, are within walking distance from the condo. For all of these reasons, we will continue to stay at the Kona Reef #F13 every time we vacation in Kona, Hawaii.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Kona Reef F13.

The unit we rented for our vacation met our expectations. It was very clean, attractive, and well furnished. There was a nice view of the pool area and the ocean. Check-in was easy with the on-site management office. The public areas and grounds were well maintained and attractive, with a nice pool and hot tub, grills, and a sun deck area. The property is located within walking distance of downtown Kailua-Kona, with a nice selection of shops, restaurants, a farmers market, and other tourist services. We felt that the unit was accurately represented in the listing and that the owners were good communicators.

Your condo was great,very lived in feel,my son had the next door f14 and he was very jealous of us in yours but they spent most of theirr indoor time visiting with us,

loved your condo with even more pictures on the wall than my house and that is saying something,great furnishings unlike many rental condos with the bare assentials,yours has alot more to offer than the regular ones as my son stayed next door in f14 and it was 80's retro as he put it.I have the room # in my memory bank for next time,as I have stayed at this complex before and loved the location and all the amenities it has to offer,barbq poolside,great view of dolphins playing,Luau next door,2 block stroll to shopping,4 to farmers market and much more,My son and I saved a large green turtle that hat flipped over by the surf and would have suffocated by next hi tide,a great feeling as I love these gentle animals,snorkeling in the white sand beach beside the complex, I cannot say enough about this great appartment or the complex,just loved it(we have a Wyndham timeshare down the street)Will be back
