THINGS TO KNOW
Beginning on September 6th, 2023, the Sterling Breeze Homeowners Association will be starting a major elevator replacement project. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating on the property. There will be longer than usual waiting times during high occupancy.
Guests must pay an additional $50 registration fee.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Two, not Three

I don’t know how they can list this as a 3 bedroom unit. The third room had a bed, but no door, no closet, and only one small air vent that did not adequately ventilate the space. There was a small armoire that did not allow adult clothing to hang straight. It was difficult to notice these things in the photos/virtual tour.

Girls trip

Very clean unit and a great location. The condo is a corner unit with a beautiful view of the ocean. There was ample towels and bedding and the kitchen was nicely stocked with almost everything you could need. It is also walking distance from the restaurants and shops. Check-in was a bit confusing as the concierge is located in the building across from the condos. The shower in the hall bathroom had very low water pressure so we weren’t able to use it, but since there were only four of us, sharing the other two showers wasn’t an issue. Those were only minor inconveniences, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
