This recently fully remodeled luxury quiet 2 bdrs apartment is located on the left bank, steps away from the Eiffel Tower, across the Champs de Mars in the 7th district of Paris , walking distance from the Seine River and its famous “Bateaux Mouche ” tours.

Set in 19th Century Haussman building ideally situated in the heart of Avenue de Suffren close to Museums, historical landmarks and renowned Swiss Village with more than 150 antique shops and Art galleries.

INTRODUCE ACTIVITIES AND SIGHT SEEING in your daily life with a bike, a car, a horse, by foot or a boat. A Velib station is available at your door. An Autolib is available 1 block away. Velib is a self service “bike for hire” An Autolib is a self service "car for hire" and both are available 24 hours a day 7/7. Ride one of the Horse and Carriage from the Champs de Mars gardens or hop in and out in one of the nearby Bateaux Bus on the Seine River.

We were born in France and are in our late 50's leaving in USA for the last 20 years and go to stay in Paris to see our family and friends once a year. We decorated our apartment to its best and cherish it like a baby. We are in the Hollywood film industry and love traveling. We are also very detailed oriented and pay attention to art and design wherever we stay and also we love good food but I cannot hide that we are kind of picky on food, I guess, this is maybe due to our French cooking education. ha ha...

You cannot beat the location - It is so central and the best high end lively area and also one of the safest. Anyone can tell you their place is close to Eiffel tower simply because the tower is a very tall monument and can be seen from very far away but the difference is that our apartment is TRULY located right across the Eiffel Tower and the great Champs de Mars Park... No surprise... + one can find all kind of gourmet food at the door step. Paris public transportation and direct liaison to Versailles are within minutes walking distance.

What makes this apartment unique

Very quiet which is rare in Paris. It's comfortable, luxurious and full of charm as well. Unique location , the Eiffel Tower, Historical building located on one of the most prestigious street of Paris. Groceries, delicious fresh Baguettes and Croissants , French Wines and farmers Cheeses as well as great restaurants which all are located next to our building and moreover, conveniently so close to buses and subway . Not many Paris residential places offer so much in one location. Our guests are treated like family and all told us as well as in their reviews that they loved staying there and many of them are returning customers.

From the moment we rented, we were in good hands. The owner made sure that we had all the information we need to get to the apartment and the onsite support was wonderful. When we arrived, we found the apartment in immaculate condition and the neighborhood was just right for our family which has 3 boys (10, 12 & 14). The local restaurants and shop attendants were all very friendly and made all of the children feel welcome. We spent most evenings in the park by the Eiffel tower which was incredible. The location is also very close to public transportation which makes it easy to see other parts of the city. We look forward to coming to Paris and staying in this apartment again.

Great location, clean apartment, easy to work with

I forgot to post this after staying there last summer. I would definitely recommend staying here. It has a great location, is clean, and is very near public transit. It is has a very nice kitchen and comfy bedding. The manager is very easy to work to work with. The location is on a fairly busy street but the windows face a courtyard (i.e., not the street) so there is no traffic noise. All in all, would definitely stay there again!

Paris - Trip of a Lifetime

We had such an amazing trip to Paris! The best decision was to rent Dominique’s apartment and immerse ourselves into this beautiful Paris neighborhood. When we got to Paris we went straight to the apartment. I put down my bags and immediately went to check out the neighborhood. I knew we were close to the Eiffel Tower, but had no idea just how close. Within a 1 minute (quick) walk, it was right there! We went jogging most mornings around the Eiffel Towel. We got croissants and bread at the bakery next door and made a daily trip to grocery store that was right around the corner. We saved so much money by cooking our meals each night and eating out only at lunch time. We were too exhausted anyway to eat because we filled our days with going to places such as Notre Dame, Saint Chappell (a favorite), Napoleon’s Tomb, Musee D’Orsay, The Louvre, and many more museums. Kids under 18 are free at most museums. It was so easy taking the city buses (the bus stop was just across the street). It was very inexpensive to reach all of these places. We took to day trips out of the city to see Versailles and Monet’s house and gardens in Giverny. The train was just a couple of blocks away. It was a more relaxing vacation than most places we have visited at home in the United States. The apartment fit our family of four just fine. The kitchen was very modern and new. Everything was extremely clean and it was remarkable how all of the space was used so efficiently. The apartment is on the second floor so it was not difficult to go up and down the stairs. There is no view, but that really didn’t matter to us. Every time we walked out the door there was a view! I would HIGHLY recommend this spot to any friend or family member. LOVED the location!

WOW oh WOW. We were blown away by the beauty of Paris and the location of this property. It is literally a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. And the view at night is ooo-la-la!! From the moment we booked, Dominique could not have been more accommodating. She made sure we knew every possible detail before we arrived. We were met by the nicest young man who explained everything to us. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. The location is right above a lovely restaurant and the staff there was super friendly, even making the call to the host for us. The bakery just steps away is beyond yummy and again the people are amazing. We were close to a cab stand, public transportation, the river and other amazing sites. We booked a private tour with Cedrick Tours and were delighted with it. We cant say enough great things about this property.....try it and you will be in love too.
