Set in 19th Century Haussman building ideally situated in the heart of Avenue de Suffren close to Museums, historical landmarks and renowned Swiss Village with more than 150 antique shops and Art galleries.

INTRODUCE ACTIVITIES AND SIGHT SEEING in your daily life with a bike, a car, a horse, by foot or a boat. A Velib station is available at your door. An Autolib is available 1 block away. Velib is a self service “bike for hire” An Autolib is a self service "car for hire" and both are available 24 hours a day 7/7. Ride one of the Horse and Carriage from the Champs de Mars gardens or hop in and out in one of the nearby Bateaux Bus on the Seine River.

We were born in France and are in our late 50's leaving in USA for the last 20 years and go to stay in Paris to see our family and friends once a year. We decorated our apartment to its best and cherish it like a baby. We are in the Hollywood film industry and love traveling. We are also very detailed oriented and pay attention to art and design wherever we stay and also we love good food but I cannot hide that we are kind of picky on food, I guess, this is maybe due to our French cooking education. ha ha...

You cannot beat the location - It is so central and the best high end lively area and also one of the safest. Anyone can tell you their place is close to Eiffel tower simply because the tower is a very tall monument and can be seen from very far away but the difference is that our apartment is TRULY located right across the Eiffel Tower and the great Champs de Mars Park... No surprise... + one can find all kind of gourmet food at the door step. Paris public transportation and direct liaison to Versailles are within minutes walking distance.

What makes this apartment unique

Very quiet which is rare in Paris. It's comfortable, luxurious and full of charm as well. Unique location , the Eiffel Tower, Historical building located on one of the most prestigious street of Paris. Groceries, delicious fresh Baguettes and Croissants , French Wines and farmers Cheeses as well as great restaurants which all are located next to our building and moreover, conveniently so close to buses and subway . Not many Paris residential places offer so much in one location. Our guests are treated like family and all told us as well as in their reviews that they loved staying there and many of them are returning customers.

From the moment we rented, we were in good hands. The owner made sure that we had all the information we need to get to the apartment and the onsite support was wonderful. When we arrived, we found the apartment in immaculate condition and the neighborhood was just right for our family which has 3 boys (10, 12 & 14). The local restaurants and shop attendants were all very friendly and made all of the children feel welcome. We spent most evenings in the park by the Eiffel tower which was incredible. The location is also very close to public transportation which makes it easy to see other parts of the city. We look forward to coming to Paris and staying in this apartment again.

What an amazing apartment. The location was perfect. It was comfortable, well maintained, well appointed. Our contact there was so helpful and pleasant and available. We could not have been happier. We would definitely rent this beautiful place again. Oh. The owner was fantastic to work with!

Fabulous location and great apartment.

We enjoyed the apartment. It was everything you said it would be. The instructions for its operation were thoroughly detailed and we understood everything. The host Jairo was most helpful. We needed extra towels for the 3 of us and he brought them while we were out. He also arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport for our departure.

The location was ideal. We dined at a couple of the restaurants that the owner recommended and shopped at the grocery store right next door.

Also thanks for the bottle of wine. We enjoyed that.

We'll stay there again in a heartbeat if it is available. The owner and host were very easy to work with.

We had a wonderful time and the apartment was in a perfect location. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. We really enjoyed how quiet the apartment was even though we were in the heart of everything. The Eiffel tower and the metro were really close and we also walked to many different sites. Getting to Versailles from this location is really easy given the train that takes you there leaves directly from the Eiffel tower. Our two boys (8 and 9 years old) enjoyed having their own room with a trundle bed as we relaxed with some good wine in the evening.

The very kind property manager met us at our arrival and greatly helped us get acquainted with the apartment. We recommend this apartment to anyone who travels to Paris and we look forward to booking it again on our next trip.

Excellent apartment in premium Paris location

This apartment is a great choice for a family traveling to Paris. They are 2 separate bedrooms and a spacious living area with kitchen. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The owner is very attentive to the details and works to ensure you have a comfortable stay, including arranging with a local host to meet you. The host stayed in touch with us and was there to meet us when we arrived along with cold drinks and a bottle of wine! The 7th arrondissement is a beautiful part of Paris. You are just steps away from the Eiffel tower and Invalides as well as the Rue St. Dominique, which as become our favorite neighborhood in Paris (and there is a lot of competition for that!) As other reviewers noted, the apartment faces an interior garden, so it is very quiet. The only downside of this is that there is not a lot of light inside. This wasn't a big deal for us as we were mostly outside the apartment taking in the sights of Paris. There are a few nice cafes and a bakery right outside the apartment and easy transit to other areas via bus and metro. Highly recommend it!

Lovely Pied a terre in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower

Perfectly located and outfitted for a weekend in Paris, we stayed with our to teen/tween girls but it would have been perfect for a couple too. Walk to the Rue St. Dominique restaurants, Invalides, Musee Rodin and Musee D'Orsay. Boulangerie, Cafe and Boucherie right off your doorstep. Host/Manager Jairo was super friendly and the building was secure, quiet and comfortable.
