This recently fully remodeled luxury quiet 2 bdrs apartment is located on the left bank, steps away from the Eiffel Tower, across the Champs de Mars in the 7th district of Paris , walking distance from the Seine River and its famous “Bateaux Mouche ” tours.

Set in 19th Century Haussman building ideally situated in the heart of Avenue de Suffren close to Museums, historical landmarks and renowned Swiss Village with more than 150 antique shops and Art galleries.

INTRODUCE ACTIVITIES AND SIGHT SEEING in your daily life with a bike, a car, a horse, by foot or a boat. A Velib station is available at your door. An Autolib is available 1 block away. Velib is a self service “bike for hire” An Autolib is a self service "car for hire" and both are available 24 hours a day 7/7. Ride one of the Horse and Carriage from the Champs de Mars gardens or hop in and out in one of the nearby Bateaux Bus on the Seine River.

We were born in France in our late 50's leaving in USA for the last 20 years and go to stay in Paris to see our family and friends once a year. We decorated our apartment to its best and cherish it like a baby. We are in the Hollywood film industry and love traveling. We are also very detailed oriented and pay attention to art and design wherever we stay and also we love good food but I cannot hide that we are kind of picky on food, I guess, this is maybe due to our French cooking education. ha ha...

You cannot beat the location - It is so central and the best high end lively area and also one of the safest. Anyone can tell you their place is close to Eiffel tower simply because the tower is a very tall monument and can be seen from very far away but the difference is that our apartment is TRULY located right across the Eiffel Tower and the great Champs de Mars Park... No surprise... + one can find all kind of gourmet food at the door step. Paris public transportation and direct liaison to Versailles are within minutes walking distance.

What makes this apartment unique

Very quiet which is rare in Paris. It's comfortable, luxurious and full of charm as well. Unique location , the Eiffel Tower, Historical building located on one of the most prestigious street of Paris. Groceries, delicious fresh Baguettes and Croissants , French Wines and farmers Cheeses as well as great restaurants which all are located next to our building and moreover, conveniently so close to buses and subway . Not many Paris residential places offer so much in one location. Our guests are treated like family and all said to us as well as in their reviews that they love to stay there and many of them are returning customers.

From the moment we rented, we were in good hands. The owner made sure that we had all the information we need to get to the apartment and the onsite support was wonderful. When we arrived, we found the apartment in immaculate condition and the neighborhood was just right for our family which has 3 boys (10, 12 & 14). The local restaurants and shop attendants were all very friendly and made all of the children feel welcome. We spent most evenings in the park by the Eiffel tower which was incredible. The location is also very close to public transportation which makes it easy to see other parts of the city. We look forward to coming to Paris and staying in this apartment again.

What an amazing apartment. The location was perfect. It was comfortable, well maintained, well appointed. Our contact there was so helpful and pleasant and available. We could not have been happier. We would definitely rent this beautiful place again. Oh. The owner was fantastic to work with!

Delightful, adorable, Impeccable PERFECT apartment

If you are meticulous about your comfort, location, well appointed, quiet, yet on the heart of the energy of Paris: then this is the apartment for you. We wish we could spend a month in this exquisite, up-to-date apartment. Wonderful patisserie right next door, Metro/RER, grocery store, and the magnificant Eiffel Tower. Don't miss the 10 and 11 pm lightning. Don't look any further......BOOK THIS APT.

Beautiful apartment!

This is a beautiful apartment. We're a family of 4 with 2 kids, 8 years and 13 years and we all had a great time. It is perfectly situated and has a great layout for a family with kids. I highly recommend you stay here.

The Perfect Paris Apartment!

We arrived at Dominique's lovely and well equipped apartment in the 7th arr. near the Eiffel Tower. It was very comfortable and convenient to everything. The property manager met with us when we arrived and oriented us to all appliances in the apartment. It is quiet despite being on a bustling Paris street due to it facing the courtyard. We loved it and would go back again. This is a must see apartment.

Perfect Paris Stay!

This beautiful apartment is in a perfect location! Our family of 5 (children ages 16, 18, 20) had an amazing holiday stay. A block from the Eiffel Tower and walking distance to other major attractions and convenient subway/trains, it couldn't have been easier. The 2nd room was tight and we needed the sleep sofa, so unpacking was hard, but the 2 boys didn't mind living out of their suitcases. However, the kitchen and living area was very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped so we could eat breakfast there every morning and rest at the end of the day with wine (cheese and incredible baguettes from the shop downstairs!). We could easily walk to any number of restaurants and cafes in the evening and take in the spectacularly lit tower before heading home.

My husband and sons had a blast on a Segue Tour - highly recommended! And we took a dinner cruise (Capitaine Fracasse) down the Seine on New Years Eve. Lines were prohibitively long for lots of attractions, so there were a few sights we didn't get to see -- people all over the world have Christmas to New Year's off, so be prepared.

Lastly, Dominique is very helpful and has lots of recommendations. We can't recommend this apartment enough.

Excellent

This was a GREAT FIND for our family. We have two kids under 4 and had been concerned with all the travel the previous week about going to Paris. Dominique and our on site host made it simple.

First the place was as advertised. No surprises, it was exceptionally well kept and clean, it was spacious for us, it was COMPLETELY UPDATED, and our host was waiting for us with great info. The area was perfect for us, right across from the park and the Tower, as well as literally down the street from the river where we used the BatoBoat as our mode of transportation to see EVERYTHING(hop off hop on again all day). There is a complete guide when you get to the house to public transportation, places to eat, maps, and the Avenue has everything you need during your stay if you didn't venture off into the city. The area was quiet, clean, and cozy. The best point of the trip, other than all the info and organization brought by Dominique to help make our trip easier and make us feel more relaxed, was the fresh baked goods right next door to the apartment. She was attentive, as was our host, to every worry or silly little question we had. I look forward to recommending her and her apartment to others and look forward to returning ourselves.
