For both short and long-term stays, this ground floor apartment in a triplex building offers everything you need to feel at home. The recently remodeled kitchen is packed full of all the gadgets, dishes and cookware you need to whip up a meal at the end of the day, and you’ll feel spoiled doing it, thanks to the brand new granite counter tops and floors, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher.
The living and dining area are bright and airy, with modern white furnishings, bamboo flooring, and two sets of sliding glass doors that lead to two separate private patios. Take dinner outside and eat at the café table beside a wall of greenery on one patio; bring a book and a glass of wine and settle into a reclining lounge chair on the other.
Satellite TV and a 42” flat-screen in the living room are perfect for a cozy evening in. Browse the Internet using the free WiFi, too. To accommodate guests, the sofa in this room converts to a queen-sized bed.
Bamboo floors carry into the master bedroom, which includes a queen-sized bed overlaid with a memory foam mattress topper. An attached bathroom features more granite for the floors and vanity, and a glass vessel sink with waterfall faucet. All linens are provided for you.
The second bedroom has a pair of twin beds and Travertine floors. A set of French doors in this room opens up to one of the patios—a perfect spot for guests to enjoy their morning coffee. All in all, this apartment sleeps up to six comfortably.

This triplex is located right near the 10 & 405 interchange. Being less than 5 miles from the beaches of Santa Monica and yet only 3 miles from UCLA, 2.5 miles from Century City and Beverly Hills and walking distance to the Westside Pavilion - the location is ideal.
Close freeway access, and restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance (unusual for LA), the expo line is coming soon!
This apartment was really a wondeful place to stay, it was really nicely furnished
and designed and on top of that very spacious. It was close to the freeways
which meant convenient and quick access to other parts of the city. I would
definitely stay there again during my next visit!
overall, it was a great location. there were some issues when we got there but the lady was very quick to act and assist in the problem.
Management team was great with communication and very helpful when it came to finding a rental for the Holidays!! This location is bare bones but has all the necessary items to make the stay comfortable. How nice to have toilet paper and paper towels provided beyond one roll each...the bathrooms are very small so would be uncomfortable for any large or tall individual and the noise from the 405 is constant. We needed a location close to our family and a jumping off point for our daily sight seeing and shopping. Would definitely rent from this Broker/Management team again.
This is our second visit to this place despite the first time was in the second floor (one bedroom unit) and this time is on the ground floor (two bedrooms unit).
The location is good and convenient for our travel. Property is clean. Close to a lot of facilities, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, etc. and I would say that the location is ideal. Never try public transport as we drive, but parking in street gets tougher at night. May consider booking the garage in our future visit.
- The location was perfect for us. It was about 5 minutes away from our daughter's apartment and convenient to Santa Monica and Venice beach (where I ran a couple of times), Getty Villa, LAX, and USC.
- The bottle of wine and chocolate that Kathryn left for us were very thoughtful.
- Having room to spread out and a kitchen to prepare breakfast and a few lunches gave us a nice way to keep the pace relaxing and enjoyable.
- Despite being at the intersection of I 10 and I 405, the unit was nice and quiet.
- We liked the granite bar between the kitchen and living area.
- There is a lot of shopping and many restaurants within a short drive.
A family rendezvous of 3 generations led us to the W LA apt. It was perfect for our dinners together, watching the Olympics on the large tv and being so accessible to the local markets.
The configuration allowed us to have our own schedules without disturbing each other.
The location was easy to access and had a good sense of security. Getting on the freeway towards downtown, the beach or Malibu was a snap.
I was in town for the BCS Championship game and I along with 3 of my close friends all had feelings from beginning to the end of this being the best choice of our trip. For me personally it had the perfect surrounding to make me feel at home. Being within a residential area made it safe for me to out for a good 3 mi run. This location was in great proximity to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. You even have a nearby Von's (Safeway) and drugstore. This location is also conveniently located near the interstate and the bus line. Most of these may be in the specs, but makes the difference when you're actually there and you need something in the moment and don't want to pay hotel or downtown price points. Enough about the location. Kathryn and Lisa in their service completely mirror the convenience of the area plus more. When ever we needed something a simple text or call put us in direct communication with either person at anytime. I didn't ever feel like it was too late or early to reach out when we were in need of something. At the end of the day this owner provided a high standard of service. Here's the kicker from my experience though. I had a package that was delivered later than originally scheduled and another guest left an item behind and both Kathryn and Lisa worked so well to ensure that we got our items to us. It all worked out so well!
