It is very tropical, non-commercial, clean, friendly and has a huge appreciation of wildlife and the arts. Frequent vacation destination for Europeans.

You can enjoy the island using over 30 miles of bike paths. It has good fishing, boating and many delicious restaurants on the Island. Great relaxing destination from the big city life.

Loggerhead Cay # 151 is a ground floor, Gulf front condominium located near where the causeway ends up at the Gulf of Mexico. The complex prides itself with its beautiful landscaping and is located at the east end of the island, not far from the fishing pier and lighthouse. Loggerhead Cay is ideal for families with children, as it offers many entertaining activities for children, such as: large heated swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffle board courts and a recreation facility complete with kitchen and B-B-Q gas grills. The facility can be reserved at the Loggerhead Cay office for large group get togethers, such as family reunions.

As you enter the condominium, you experience the spacious open kitchen, dining room and living area that is furnished with island appeal. Guests enjoy an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The condominium has two bedrooms, large closets and two full bathrooms. It has a king sized bed, two twin beds and a queen sized hide-a-bed. The master bedroom and living areas face the Gulf of Mexico where you can hear the sounds of the surf and enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico.

For your convenience, we have free long distance, HDTV, HBO and Show Time, DVD Blue Ray, and high-speed internet/WiFi at no cost to you. We all love our pets, so we welcome your pet with a $250 non-refundable pet fee. The property sleeps 6 people comfortably and was updated in 2014/2015. I spent over $70,000 to update it, brand new sofa/hide-a-bed with an extra thick 8" mattress and love seat (July, 2015), new chair and ottoman Oct., 2015, all of the wicker furniture in the dining room a bar stools were painted and were reupholstered (Dec., 2015), new heating/AC system, new kitchen, new hot water heater, new washer and dryer, new refrigerator, new dishwasher, new living room furniture, new beds, new carpet, new linai furniture, and three flat screen TV's/DVD players in the living room and both bedrooms. The living room has a new 50" flat screen TV (5/2016) HDTV and HBO and SHOWTIME movie channels at no cost. The kitchen is well equipped with a Keurig and regular coffee maker, crock pot and blender.

We had a great vacation in Sanibel. We were blessed with great weather and fishing the entire trip. 151 was a great location with a beautiful view of the gulf, even from the first floor. Being on the first floor made it convenient for us to come and go to the beach or pool. I think your building is the best in loggerhead. We were very happy with the cleanliness and level of comfort inside of your condo. We slept great every night on the nice mattresses.

It was the BEST vacation ever!!!!

Loggerhead 151 is the most perfect vacation rental I have ever found! It has a beautiful gulf view from the lanai where you can enjoy the sunrise and then take a short walk to the beach. Be sure to talk to the big bunny who lives in the plants along the path!

The condo is beautiful decorated and equipped with anything you might need. It is well maintained, very clean, and seems like home when you open the door!

Jim Heckert, the owner, is very thoughtful and makes sure everything is just right for your stay!

If you are looking for the best Sanibel rental, this is it!

Wonderful!

Though the weather outside was frightful, the stay inside was delightful! The condo was spacious, well equipped, and a lovely location as we could still see the ocean through all the rainy weather! Jim was a pleasure as he handled all the details of our stay. The kitchen is quite nice and open and well stocked for cooking. I would recommend this property for my friends! Thank you, Jim!

Beautiful Be Location, View is the Gulf of Mexico

This Property is fabulous for singles, families, children and pet friendly. The view is the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful beaches and shelling for the family. The interior is comfortable, very clean and well maintained.

The kitchen is well stocked and appliances are first class. Washer and dryer a convenience.

There is easy access to the Pool and Beaches. Supplied with Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, and fun for the kids.

The Owner was accessible, very helpful with recommendations for dining, shopping, activities, bike riding, etc. Great Restaurants with reasonable prices and good service.

I would recommend this First Class Property to anyone who enjoys the quiet and relaxation of an Island to entertainment with funfilled activities for the entire family!

Great beach condo for family vacation!

Great beach condo! First floor with easy walk to the beach. The condo unit is clean, and well stocked with cooking supplies, special thank you for numerous towels and washer and dryer in the unit. We stayed there for 7 days with 2 kids and felt we had all we needed for great family vacation. I loved big screen TV that I could watch while cooking the meals and watching Olympics. Jim, the owner, was a great host, answered all my emails and calls very promptly, we were welcomed and treated very well. I highly recommend it , we loved it.

Amazing

Beauty in every way. We liked everything about Sanibel. The place is very clean, well-laid out with all the proper amenables, including nice washer and dryer and modern and functional kitchen. First floor location very convenient both in terms of loading and unloading as well as accessing beach or pool via balcony (lanai) - something not possible via upper units. Company managing unit was very helpful as was owner. Kids enjoyed the pool very much and liked having their own room with twin beds and their own tv with which to watch kids channels on cable. Altogether condo was surprisingly even nice than advertised. Used tennis and bbq facilities as well which was nice. Would definitely go here again.
