You can enjoy the island using over 30 miles of bike paths. It has good fishing, boating and many delicious restaurants on the Island. Great relaxing destination from the big city life.

Golden Beach is a great secluded Gulf front town home (beach house). Located at the end of Southwinds Drive, this 4-unit complex is a getaway from the hustle and bustle, but still within driving distance to excellent restaurants, recreational activities and shopping. As you enter the town home, you experience the spacious open kitchen, living and dining room area is furnished with island appeal. In this three story town home, guests enjoy a magnificent, panoramic, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit features screened-in pocket sliding glass doors on the second floor and angled bedrooms on the third floor. Brand new sofa/hide-a-bed with extra thick 8" mattress, love seat (Nov, 2015), All of the wicker was freshly painted and all of the furniture in the dining room, bar stools and lanai were reupholstered ( Sept., 2016), new 'pillow top' beds were purchased in November, 2015. Also a new heating/AC system, new bed spreads/shams/pillows, new master bedroom furniture, new 60' flat screen TV in the living room, new carpet, reupholstered the dining room/bar stool/lanai chairs, September, 2016, new washer/dryer and hot water heater in 2016. The entire townhome was painted and deep cleaned September/2016 and all of the windows/sliding doors and front door were replaced with high impact hurricane glass also in August of 2015. Kuerig and regular coffee makers in completely furnished kitchen.

The third floor has three bedrooms, large closets and two full bathrooms with double sinks. The home has two large bedrooms with brand new 'pillow top' king sized beds for our guests, with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico, where you can hear the sounds of the surf and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It also has brand new 'pillow top' twin beds. A brand new queen sized sleeper sofa on the second floor and love seat (Oct., 2016). Updated bathrooms with new tile, bath tub, shower enclosures, fixtures, mirrors and granite countertops/new sinks (9/2017). Replaced the carpet with tile planks that look like hardwood floors in the bedrooms, bathrooms and hallways (10/17).

The pool faces the Gulf of Mexico and the boardwalks offer convenient access to the beach. The down stairs cabana is furnished and includes a studio size refrigerator. A full two car garage is a nice added feature. For your convenience, we have high-speed Internet, WiFi, DVD Blue Ray and HDTV with HBO and Show Time movie channels at no cost to you.

We welcome your pet with a non-refundable pet fee of $250. The property sleeps 8 people comfortably and I spent over $95,000 recently to update my gulf front townhome.

Had a great time on Sanibel Island. The townhome was great and in a fantastic location. The view fwas fantastic from inside the unit. The pool was great and we nromally had it to ourselves. The beach access was also great. One of us even caught a small shark fishing. Will certainly consider returning to Sanibel Island in the future ant Golden Beach #4 would be our choice for our stay.

Great location and great property!

This unit is very family friendly and comfortable. It was very clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed for a wonderful 2-week stay. It is in a great location, perfect days on the beach and central to bike ride to everything. The owner is very accommodating, providing a lovely touch of customer service that has been missing in other units we have stayed in. This is our fifth year coming to Sanibel and we would definitely return to this unit. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful, family friendly accommodation

Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful beachfront home. We enjoyed every day at the Golden Beach Townhouse #4. This was our fifth vacation in Sanibel and the Golden Beach was our favorite accommodation.

We enjoyed the wonderful Gulf view from our bedrooms (and from the living room) and often we saw dolphins passing by.

The townhouse is spacious and offers everything you need for a great and relaxed holiday. The shared pool become a somewhat meeting point for the kids (also from our neighbors) and they spent hours playing there together.

Mr. Heckert provided us with some great restaurant advise and made sure, everything was fine with the house. Coming back to Sanibel next time, we definitely think about staying at the Golden Beach Townhouse again. Thanks once again! Karin Leu & Family

Great SpringBreak Getaway

The property was clean and comfortable for a family of 4 with and grandparents. The house was bright and the heated pool was a favorite of our 8 and 6 year old. The ocean view was spectacular and access to the beach made for easy walks on the beach. Location made for easy bike rides to shopping and dining! Especially appreciated the welcome call and dinner from both the management company and property owner. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sanibel!

Golden 4 is the ideal vacation home to relax, enjoy a walk on the beach or a refreshing swim in the heated pool. The decor is lovely with spacious rooms, modern appliances and all the comforts of home that you could possibly need.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to visit again!

Awesome Beach Home!!

An awesome location overlooking a spectacular beach! From the moment you walk in the door ,you are captivated by the upbeat interior of the home with the backdrop of the glass sliding doors overlooking the beach. The two main bedrooms also have full length sliding glass doors looking directly at the beach. The home is ideally located , making it only a few minutes drive to all the major spots you want to go, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Both the owner and rental company called within the first few days to make sure everything was OK with the home. A perfect place, welcoming us and our family dog for a terrific vacation. We have already booked for next February.

Beautiful family vacation beach house

We had a wonderful week at this property with our children and our grandchildren. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach, which is just a few steps away from the door. The views from the condo are absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed watching both the sunrise and the sunset from the beach. The condo is well furnished for a large group and very comfortable. I hope we can return someday!
