I am charging less than the average rental because I want vacationers to feel they got one of the most amazing deals of their lifetimes. I want people to enjoy and relax in this resort. It is a great place to stay.

What makes this condo unique

The property is situated just next door to the famous Whalers Village with great shopping and fine dining. Whalers Village also has Hawaiian activities like evening hula dance performances. Whale watching, sunset and other cruises are a few minutes walk. Black Rock, a prime snorkel spot, is a 5 minute walk along the beach. You can see the ceremonial torch lighting after sunset there.

Great Place to Stay in Kaanapali

Great stay. Perfect location in the heart of a terrific beach, literally steps from the beach. Plenty of room for 4 adults from the same family (1 bedroom with comfortable fold out couch), comfortable set up, everything you need in the kitchen, ocean toys to use in the closet, good views from the spacious lanai, reasonably priced, barbecues to use that the staff clean daily, and the staff at the Whaler treat you exceptionally well. Check in, check out simple, plenty of protected parking. The next building over is the Hula Grill, which is fun, and is not noisy from this condo location. 4th floor locationi puts you just high enough to improve the view but not too high you lose any view. Owner was easy to work with and quick with response. I would definitely use again.

Absolutely wonderful

This condo was perfect for our 10-day honeymoon. It is in an excellent location and has a breathtaking view. My wife has stayed in other hotels on Kaanapali before and loved this condo more than any of them. The California King sized bed is very comfortable (so much so that we looked for that model when purchasing our own). Tripta is kind, helpful, and very easy to deal with and the price is extremely reasonable. We look forward to our next stay in 457!

Great condo with outstanding views from the lanai

We have been to Maui a dozen times, but this was the first time we stayed in a condo. Tripta's condo is attractive, clean, and very comfortable. The location on Kaanapali is perfect for dining and shopping. We enjoyed having breakfast on the lanai in the morning and cocktails there in the evening. We even spotted whales from the lanai. Tripta was pleasant and easy to work with. We will definitely try to rent Tripta's condo on our next trip to Maui.

Great condo with a great location

In the past five years, this was our fourth visit to Maui, second time staying at the Whaler and the first in Tripta's condo. We consider ourselves very cost conscious vacationers and the value of the view and location to the cost was excellent. The condo is very well kept and worked perfectly for us. Even with only two of us in the condo it was nice to have two bathrooms with showers to get ready in the morning or for dinner. Everything in the condo was in perfect working condition and having Netflix was a nice bonus for us. Also, the washer and dryer was very nice to have. Next time we will pack a little lighter. Booking with Tripta was easy and was nice to be able to use a credit card. We hope to become regulars here for our future trips to Maui.

Recommendations – Check the weather before venturing to Haleakala or going on the road to Hana. This was the first time we took this into consideration and it made the trips very enjoyable. Pay the extra money to enjoy a meal at Mama’s Fish House near Paia. Kimo’s in Lahaina was great, probably our second best meal after Mama’s. Each year we eat at Leilani’s and Hula Grill at Whaler Village and Leilani’s is always is a little better in both food and service. Ate that Duke’s for the first time and the food was good and the walk to the beach afterwards for sunset was amazing. Lahaina Fish Company in Lahaina was average but was wouldn’t go again. For fish taco’s we though Coconuts in Kihei was the best until we tried Maalaea General Store behind the Maui Ocean Center. They had the best fish tacos by far. Coconuts is good fast food and worth the visit. Very friendly people.

services including high-speed wireless internet, HD cable television,
tennis facilities, fitness center, BBQ facilities, parking, and pool towels.
Whereas the AOAO incurs costs to maintain these services to a premier
standard and is currently supporting all of these services using owners’
Whereas most other resorts on Kaanapali Beach charge a resort fee.
Therefore be it resolved that a Resort Services Fee of fifteen dollars ($15)
be instituted effective April 1,2015. The funds so collected will be applied
to the operational costs of The will directly to the resort ,it includes parking as well .
