Ideal holiday home for groups and families, quiet, sea view and pool

The Provencal villa for 6 to 14 guests completed in 2005 offers living on 240 m2, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, open fireplace, located on a 1. 280 square meters southeast slope of the Varese / Côte d'Azur, directly on the Esterel mountains and the Esterél National Park , in front of the sea (panoramic sea view over the coastal railway connection) with pool (about 11.5 x 4 m) and large sun terraces. The comfortable fully equipped villa is ideal for families with m. Children, groups and business customers (dogs are welcome), with perfect communication equipment (phone free: EU / USA flatrate, DSL internet + WLAN flatrate, 4 x satellite TV, DVD, Hi-Fi system, some also i. D. Bedrooms.

House description: upper floor: upstairs is the large living / dining room (50 m2) with fireplace, open ceiling construction and access to wrap-around terraces and balconies (west, south, east). American-style living-dining room, open plan fully equipped kitchen (new in 2018), with exit to a large south-facing terrace (wonderful panoramic view) with olive tree, brick barbecue, garden furniture, etc.! Suite (36 m2): bedroom with double bed (180 cm) and its own, spacious bathroom with shower, half-round bath, 2 m wide vanity with 2 sinks, large mirror and toilet. A small private office completes the suite, which has its own terrace (12 m2), access to the balconies and of course sea views.

House description: Garden floor: On the garden floor are 6 bedrooms: 3 with franz. Double beds: 200 x 160 + 200 x 180 cm) and 3 with combinable single beds (4 x 200 x 90 cm), 3 bathrooms with shower / WC, 1 bathroom with bathtub and a separate WC with anteroom. All rooms have their own exit to the terraces, space and light for private rest hours and, from their terraces, all with sea views. Both the 3 rooms of the 'south wing', as well as the 2 rooms of the 'north wing' can (including bathroom) towards the main hall, closed by another door (soundproofing) and ensure the undisturbed night's sleep of our smallest guests. 1 room is outside under the south-facing terrace, 23 m2 plus shower room.

House description: Basement floor: Another floor below, below the cellar level, is the extensive pool area with two sunbathing areas (5 x 6 m + 4 x 6 m).

• Note: The house has been built in a pleasantly quiet location, like all the seafront properties with full sea / panoramic views on the Côte Varoise, on one of the sea-facing slopes, above the Paris-Monte Carlo coast railway. This may make it too short (4 - 9 sec.) 'Disruptions' come by passing below the plot railway trains (about 6 per hour). We have taken this into account in pricing. On the fenced plot there is room for 2-3 cars + 2 more in front of the gate). Attention: Parking of mobile homes is not permitted in the domain (even within the properties).

Protected between Cap Dramont and the Pointe de la Baumette, the port of Agay is a natural gateway to the Esterel mountains. Its location makes it a very popular place for sailors (Agay also means "cheap" in Greek). You will appreciate the three sandy beaches, the peak of Rastél and its red rocks, overlooking the bay and the breathtaking panorama. Agay also has a small port with 166 seats, so that some are also available for the use of holiday guests.
