This incredible apartment features 500 sq ft (46 sq mt) and comfortably sleeps four - two in the generous private bedroom and two in the living room (sleeper sofa) with very clean linens and pillows. You will love the apartment facilities: modern fully equipped kitchen, contemporary decoration, LCD TV (47 inches - 119 cm) etc... One undercover assigned parking space is also available.
Beaulieu is perfectly situated between Nice and Monaco (15 minutes driving distance). Local transportation, such as train and bus, regularly serve the entire French Riviera. If you wish to visit the area, you can easily get to Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Cannes, Saint Tropez, Italy for a day visit…

We stayed in the apartment for a week and had a great, relaxing break. The apartment is perfect for a couple wishing to stay in a clean, modern and well located property (the supermarket is very handy). Sam and Yannick were very friendly and helpful and we could not fault our stay. We would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending the property to others.

L'appartamento è ben arredato e pulito in una zona centrale e comoda, vicino al supermercato, alla stazione e alla spiaggia, tutti raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Sam è stata molto gentile e disponibile, La prossima volta che torneremo a Beaulieu saremo ancora sicuramente suoi ospiti.
Our stay in Beaulieu sur Mer was enhanced by our accommodations in this apartment. It was very comfortable for the two of us. Clean, quiet, well appointed, and with a fabulous location near shops, train and bus stations. We are boaters and spend a lot of time on the sea. In this instance, however, the view of the corniches and surrounding landscape from the unit's terrace was an added feature we very much enjoyed. Sam, the owner, was a true pleasure to deal with. All arrangements went smoothly. She was of significant assistance with the retrieval of luggage lost by the airline on our arrival. Sam earns six stars!
We would certainly stay again in this apartment when next visiting the Alpes Maritime region. Hopefully soon!
Me, my husband and our two kids had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Sam was very helpful before the arrival and the welcome was great and good organized! The apartment was extremely clean, beds comfortable, kitchen really fully equipped, towels and bed linen of great quality. The supermarket is close and there is a 10 minutes walk (with kids) to the beach.
We would definitely return to this apartment!
We were so pleased with the apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is closely located to the train station and grocery store. We loved the location! The host of the apartment was so welcoming and accommodating. She really made it a great stay for us!
My husband and I spent a blissful two weeks in Sam's apartment. The location was perfect, only steps away from the supermarket and train station, and just a few minutes' walk to a lovely beach with a magnificent view of the chalky cliffs. The apartment itself was really comfortable, well-equipped, and immaculately clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything a cook might need to prepare meals from the produce and fish available at the local outdoor market, just a block or so from the apartment.
Beaulieu is centrally located, and a local bus runs from Nice to Menton, stopping at all the seaside towns in between. Since public transportation is so easy, it really isn't necessary to rent a car at all, except to venture to more out-of-the-way towns in the mountains. Included in the rental is a secure parking spot in an underground garage, if you do choose to rent a car.
