About The Owner

We are the dynamic duo, Carole and Victor!

We have been doing vacation rentals in South Florida for the past 6 years.

We live and work in Fort Lauderdale and therefore are always available for our guests.

Carole focuses on guest reservations and communications while Victor handles check-ins and anything else you might need.

We know the area very well, living in South Florida for the past 20 years, and can advise you on restaurants, attractions, shopping and everything else South Florida has to offer you!

Everything we were looking for

Carole and Victor were incredibly accommodating during our stay. The perfect relaxing getaway spot. Love that this room has a full sized fridge! Made it so easy to get groceries from the Winn-Dixie within walking distance. The room was immaculately clean and exactly as pictured. It's also so close to all the necessities, you don't need a rental car (use the money you save to stay a few extra nights!). Will definitely be staying here agin

great time relaxing at the beach

room exactly as described .. very nicely decorated ..everything we needed in line of a kitchen except a stove but we were knew that going in and survived...bed was amazing... plenty of towels.. location was great ..McDonald's across the street for a ice cream across street ..pier about 1/2 mile down is in a row of condo on a side street so street not very busy ..crosswalk button turn light instantly..chairs and umbrella available for rent on beach.. Victor and carole were very nice to work with and very accommodating to us after a medical emergency with our mother . will definitely be back...

LOVED IT! This room is gorgeous, adorable decor and was very relaxing, quiet, spacious, comfortable and very clean! The location was perfect and we didn't even use our car to get around. Just steps away from the beach and many choices to walk too, not to mention the tiki bar you pass right through to get to the beach. The host went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. The most incredible sunrise you will witness. Such an enjoyable stay and we have been back already and planning again for the next year.

Great place, great location, great hosts!

Stayed here for 10 nights in May and loved it!! Have stayed in this area Galt Ocean Drive before, everything close by. Studio very clean and well organized, very friendly hosts - all the best, Victor! - has a beautiful side view towards the beach. Location right on the beach, busy tiki bar and chairs for rent. No smoke smell etc. at all! Got special rate for valet car parking, as said above: A great place to stay!! Hope to be back soon!

Amazing stay

We had such a wonderful stay, what a great, very clean (I am so picky) condo, top location, on the beach. I don't understand at all the complaint of that woman who went with her daughter, we are so happy we did not pay attention to her critic. Thank you so much Victor and Carole for your professionalism and hospitality. My brother and his wife cannot wait to go there and for sure, see you next year!

**BEWARE** Owner accusations can cost you BIG $$

My daughter and I (Our 1st Mother/Daughter trip as adults) checked in on 3/2/15 for 5 nights. Victor and Carol were the agents we dealt with and I can't say enough about how great they were! Our flight got in late and Victor was there to greet us within minutes. He was very friendly, accommodating, and made check-in very quick and easy. Great guy! It wasn't until bed time that the problems started. There were no linens AT ALL for the sofa bed, not even a sheet, so my 22 yr old daughter had to bunk with me. Once in bed, the smell of cigarette smoke in the bedding and pillows was awful. Because both my daughter and myself are VERY allergic, we were BACK UP to go buy fabric odor-eliminator, air freshener, bleach, pine-sole, Windex, etc. We cleaned the condo top to bottom, plus mopping! Not fun while on vacation! I made myself a drink the first night, but the next morning in the sunlight, I could see the glasses still had dried syrup from soda in the glasses from previous renters, YUCK! So I washed dishes before being able to go to the beach. We spent much of our five days cleaning....The hotel did give us sheets on night 3, so my daughter finally got her own bed. What is MOST bothersome is the unbelievably rude and threatening letter we received from the owners of this unit (427), Ken and his wife, after we arrived home! They accused us of smoking in the unit, breaking a glass, and throwing another glass away!?! We did none of the above! I respected their property as I would my own. They told me I would be getting a bill for the removal of smoke from the unit, which may include replacing the comforter, pillows, possibly the *New mattress and box springs, and maybe even the cost of paint if it got into the walls!?!? My daughter and I are both NON-SMOKERS! We didn't complain at all during our stay, not even about the spring breakers who were partying it up all night and the awful smell of cigarette and Marijuana smoke flowing heavily through the walls. I just figured it was a risk we took when we chose to go during spring break peak days. So, according to the owners letter, I'm not only expecting a bill in the mail, but they also threatened to report me to VRBO (to make future renting impossible??). This is upsetting, scary, and frustrating! I felt that if anyone was owed money, it was me! And, cleaning during my entire vacation was no vacation at all! What a bait and trap!!!! *BEWARE of a bill for damages not done by you! Very scary! :(

Owner's Response: Dear Jen, I would like to thank you for your kind compliments towards my husband and myself and would like to explain what happened so that you are aware of the misunderstanding. This unit has been completely redone, guttered and rebuild about 16 months ago: absolutely everything is new. We had a NON SMOKER lady renting it from September 1st, 2014 to February 27th, 2015.When she left on February 27th, both the owner and myself inspected the unit and the owner [who is really really picky] felt she should have it painted to refresh it for future guests [not that it was dirty but she needs it to be perfect: she is really on top of her condo]. She had the painter the next day, February 28 and on March 1st, the housekeeping did a general cleaning. In hotel vocabulary, general cleaning means EVERYTHING has been washed including the few glasses and kitchen items. I really don't see what cleaning you had to do during your entire vacation: the room was absolutely spotless when you checked in. I inspected the unit after they were done and made sure everything was ready for your arrival. I am so sorry I overlooked the missing linens in the sofa bed but if you had called VICTOR AT ANYTIME, he would have brought them to you IMMEDIATELY! This is our business, we aim for 100% costumers satisfaction and respond to their need at any time, all the time. When you checked out on March 8th, the cleaning crew called me to report a very strong odor of cigarette. We went out to buy strong odor eliminator but it didn't help so I had to call the owner so that she found a way to eliminate the odor and make the room ready for next guest. We have been renting this unit for the past 6 years, through 2 owners, and never did we have such an experience of smell coming from the outside. The owner had to have everything professionally cleaned, it is understandable that she emailed you to report the problems. Most of the rental ask for a damage deposit but we don't! If you had replied to her email that same day or better called Victor or myself explaining the situation it would have helped and everybody would have understood. In any case, there was no harm, she never asked you to pay for anything, NO BIG $$ spent from your side! We wish you all the best. Carole & Victor
