This 3-bedroom apartment can accommodate a large group or family. You will have privacy and comfort in your own ground floor apartment with no stairs and a separate outside entrance.
There is a well-appointed, outfitted kitchen with staples and condiments stocked prior to your arrival. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven with a 5-burner glass cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, deep fryer, electric grill. plus more.
Two bedrooms have two twin beds in each room that can be converted to a King bed upon request (prior to arrival) and a master bedroom with one queen and one twin bed, and a queen sofa bed in the living room.
The covered carport can be used for parking or can be set up for outdoor dining. A gas barbecue grill is provided with a separate burner and large pot for cooking crab and other seafood outside.
There is also a shared large capacity front load HE washer and dryer in the garage. Laundry products are provided.

About Wanda Vandergriff
We have lived in Alaska since 1975. We spent a few months in Anchorage before settling in Ketchikan. In 1986 we decided to open our home to vacation travelers. We are looking forward to meeting you and sharing our Alaskan experience with you.

We chose to live in Ketchikan for several reasons. First the beauty of Southeast Alaska, next the great fishing, and the friendliness of the people. I'm sure you will make some wonderful friends here and have many memorable experiences.
What makes this Apartment unique
This property is centrally located. Only four miles South of Knudson Cove Marina and Clover Pass Resort. Both marinas provide fishermen with boat rentals and sport fishing guide service. We are just eight miles North of the airport and Alaska Marine Highway Ferry and the city of Ketchikan. We are walking distance from Totem Bight State Park at Mile 10 North.

Nice quiet place
A nice quiet place. Better than any hotel for the price. Owner is very receptive. Unit came stocked with basic necessities - a definite bonus.

Ketchikan offers visitors natural beauty and wildlife viewing (whales, eagles, seals, sea lions, porpoises, and bears), hiking trails (Lunch Creek at Settlers Cove Camp Grounds, Perseverance Trail and Ward Lake Trail at Ward Lake, Deer Mountain Trail in downtown Ketchikan), totem poles and other native culture, museums and art, historical centers, camping, fishing for salmon (King, Silver, Pink, Chum and Sockeye) and bottom fish (halibut, Rock fish, Snapper, Ling Cod, sea bass) to name a few of the things to do and see in Ketchikan.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: A deposit of 50% of the total reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The cancellation fee is 3% of the amount paid plus tax with a minimum cancellation fee of $50 plus tax. We require 60 days advance notice of the arrival date to receive a refund. We accept pets at this property, but they must be pre-approved. We will go over the pet rules at the time of booking (clean up after your pet; must be on a flea preventative program such as Vet Guard; pets are not allowed on the beds). SMOKING IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE ONLY. THIS PROPERTY HAS A COVERED DECK.
