About Bill or Carol Knobloch
Semi-retired couple from Maryland. Purchased home in May of 2009 and spent the entire summer renovating and updateing the house. After many years of visiting to enjoy the numerous golf courses and beach, we finally purchased a home. We enjoy bringing the family to Cape Coral and may some day retire there. Until then, we will offer our home for rent when we are unable to use it.
Bill or Carol Knobloch purchased this House in 2009
Why Bill or Carol Knobloch chose Cape Coral
We love this location because of the easy access to so many activities: golf, boating, fishing, beaches. We love our neighbors in this quiet, safe community. They watch the house and keep in contact with us when we are back in Maryland. Sanibel Island is so great for shelling. No one comes home empty handed. Fort Myers beach is a wonderful place to lunch while watching the ocean. There are so many activities available in the area that no one is ever bored. We enjoy just lounging on the lanai and watching the fish jump in the canal. Very relaxing!
What makes this House unique
We did not lose power during the hurricane! Only damage was to screens which we are waiting to replace Just upgraded in 2014 to a salt system for our pool. It is much healthier and feels and smells so much better than chlorine

This home was perfect for our family. We flew from MD to come here for our daughters wedding g and extended vacation. Perfect to accommodate a family of 12 people. Our grandchildren loved the pool. The location is so close to anything one would need. We would definitely come back to this beautiful home. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Home Away From Home
My family stayed in this beautiful home during a travel baseball trip in July. My husband and I had the privilege of taking two of our children (16 and 21), a friend of our oldest son, and both of our mom's with us on this vacation. From the moment we walked into this home, we were so very pleased. I literally felt at home during our week long stay. The Knobloch family has this home equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay, all the way down to the beach towels. The chairs in the garage were very handy as we didn't have enough chairs with us for everyone to take to the ball fields. The home is extremely spacious inside and the lay out was wonderful. I cannot speak highly enough about the outdoor living area. The lanai is beyond spacious, the pool was used multiple times a day, and the outdoor eating area. . . .we loved!! We spent a lot of time in the outdoor area and the covered outdoor eating area was a pleasant place to have our meals, as it did rain often during our trip. The sunsets are stunning when looking out over the canal! The communication with Carol was wonderful and she was quick to respond to my emails. Marissa, the property manager, is so incredibly sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Marissa was a phone cal away when I had a question as well. Our 4 legged baby girl, Ara, also enjoyed her stay and we loved being able to bring her along on our family vacation. There is not a doubt in my mind that I would book a vacation in this home if we ever make our way back to Cape Coral again. Thank you to a Carol and Marissa for everything!!! This was a vacation we will remember for a lifetime!
Thank you Sharon for that wonderful review. We are so very happy that you enjoyed our home. We would love for you to come back !
Great place to relax your days away
The house was great for our whole group. Plenty of room to spread out and not feel crowded. Had all the essentials you would need for day to day. The pool was quite stocked with rafts and noodles, I didn't even have to inflare the ones I brought! The house is close enough to any night life you may want ( not too wild ), restaurants and the downtown area with cute shops and events is only about 15 minutes away. Marissa was a great help with any questions or information. Would definitely stay here again if in the area ;)
Thank you Carmen. We try very hard to make sure our guests have everything they need. We hope you will stay again!
Perfect home for our family!
Our family had a wonderful time at your home! It was perfect for us! The kids loved the pool and fishing off the dock! Very convenient to the beach and other activities we did while there. Marissa was a big help - offering us ideas for restaurants, etc. Thanks so much for making our family vacation so memorable!
Thank you! Bill and I are so glad your family enjoyed our home. Marissa is amazing and really enjoyed interacting with your family. We hope you will return ine day.
