This is a 3 bedroom 2.25 bathroom condo, with an open spacious living room, large 75" in flat screen smart tv, large sectional couch, fully stocked kitchen, and has a washer / dryer for your use.
Downstairs has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom along with a private sink in master. The Master bedroom has a king sized sleep number bed that is heated with adjustable firmness as well as head/feet. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed with T.V.s in each, the third bedroom has two sets of bunk bed - 4 twin beds. This room does not have a T.V.
There is a full bathroom downstair with a shower / tub combo with separate sink area.
Upstairs consists of a full kitchen, the 2nd bathroom with a step-in shower, large dining area and sectional couch. Relax by the wood stove during the winter or sit on the balcony during the spring and summer months in the very private and spacious unit.
The open kitchen has all the basics you will need to cook at home, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, cups and plates. Plenty of space for two cheifs.
There is a large sectional couch to to warm up and relax on after a long day on the slopes, along with a wood burning stove. There are plenty of blankets and pillows. There is a lazy boy chair for extra seating if needed, and a large dining table for 6 people. You can relax on the deck for a gorgeous and peaceful view of the surrounding areas which happens to be nestled behind eagle lodge at the end of a cul-de-sac.
Parking is only steps away from the unit. 2 parking permits are available. If you need additional parking, there is an overflow lot just behind the unit (details given at time of booking).
Pets are welcome. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. In addition a nonrefundable pet fee of $200 for the first pet will be charged, and an additional $50 for the second pet. If bringing a dog along you must let management know ahead of time.
Service animals are allowed with prior notice at time of booking. Please note ESA dogs are not the same as service animals and misrepresenting one is against the law. ESA dogs are not a service dog under state law and do not have the same privileges as a trained service dog. If you bring an animal without prior consent or management knowledge you will immediately lose your entire security deposit. Paperwork will be required in order for us to accommodate.
There is a security deposit of $1000, which will be refunded promptly upon departure.
Service animals may never be left unattended in the unit. Animals found unattended will be promptly removed and boarded at the owners expense.
Under California Penal Code 365.7 PC service animal fraud is a crime.”
We are just below Lake Mary Road between both eagle and canyon lodge. About a mile from The Village, of Mammoth Lakes and Mammoth Brewing Company. Lake Basin Bike Path take you to Twin Lakes, Lake Mary, Lake George, and Horseshoe lakes. Jump on the PCT or JMT from Lake Mary. Bike path takes you all over town, large patio for bike storage and snow equipment.
There are free shuttles that will take you anywhere you need to get to in town, and they run about every 20 min during our ski season and summer.
Mammoth is a small town with tons of activities. Utilize the free shuttles, bike paths and trails to get around. Mammoth was never developed for large parking areas for all of the guest we host. Enjoy the outdoors and free transportation.
