The property manager was very helpful.

The vacation rental was spotless.

We (2couples) have rented this house before and love this location. It is a great area for walking our dogs (4 of them which the owners allowed!) and downtown shopping and restaurants are only a few steps away. The house is very comfortable and well furnished. Our two dogs loved escaping to the Casita. If you were trying to cook for more than 4 people, you might find the kitchen a bit cozy. Also, the newly added bedroom was quite nice, but the shower never got hot enough and the flow was too restricted. Bottom line, we will return!

Memory Maker !!!

I have to start out by saying the Property Managers of this house were awesome. James and Kenny assured me I had nothing to worry about and they were right. Kenny met us at the house and showed us the ropes so I felt like we were at home. We had an amazing Thanksgiving dinner with my new Husbands family and my family. This house was so cozy sitting in the living room with the fireplace and all of us hanging out as a family. We each had our own rooms and they were all so private. The Pool was refreshing and completely Heated so in November's cold weather we were able to go swimming. We were walking distance to downtown and loved walking around the neighborhood. I cant say enough about the experience we all had, now we have decided to make this a tradition and pick a new place and house every year. Thank you so much for making my first Thanksgiving as a newlywed and with my new family a wonderful Memory :)

Terrific Holiday Stay!

The house was perfect for our family. Lots of space and we sure loved the fireplaces in the evening. The Casita was perfect for the parents and baby, gave them the privacy the needed. Location couldn't be better. You can literally walk everywhere.

This was just the right sized house for my family of 7. And talk about location! Not only was this a charming house but it was within walking distance of all the coffee shops, stores and restaurants downtown. The kids went one way and my husband and I went another. The views of the mountains from the pool and lawn were spectacular as well. It was like you could just reach out and touch the mountains they were so close. The house was clean and comfortable and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, sheets, blankets, and good ¨TP.¨ The owners of the house, ModMansions, were great too. James was so helpful to us making reservations and Kenny was there at the house to great us when we arrived. We had such a relaxing time here grilling, playing in the pool, and sitting around the great fireplace in the family room in the evening talking and laughing. We will be back next year! Thanks!

Best Palm Springs location

We had a wonderful vacation. As soon as we arrived we felt right at home. We brought our dogs and it was a perfect and safe location. The yard was beautiful and well kept. The home was spacious enough for 2 couples. We walked to several local restaurants many recommended in the informational binder provided to the guests. Old Las Palmas is a lovely historical neighborhood surrounded by many spectacular homes. We will definitely come back to this clean, quiet, inviting home.
