Wonderful location in Lionshead. Can walk to the ski slopes or take free Ritz Carlton shuttle. Close to restaurants & nightlife.
True Ritz Carlton luxury, the best pool in Vail, gorgeous lobby and bar, free valet parking, bellman & concierge service. The best..
Great property. Thanks to the team at Berkshire for helping us make some last minute changes without blinking an eye.
The Valet, shuttle and Bell staff were amazing. Great Hotel!
Residence was absolutely lovely, as advertised. All of the staff were very friendly and so helpful. Location is slightly away from facilities but easy walk. Transportation anywhere is available at the drop of a hat. Ski valet service is terrific. Hot tub, work out rooms great. Can't imagine anything that would have may our stay better. Can't wait to go back next year!
Great stay at BHS at the Vail Ritz. Room was better than expected and very clean. Hotel concierge was very helpful and pool and nighttime activities at hotel were great. Only snag being that the cleaning service does not belong to the Ritz so just make sure to contact the proper channels if you need to re-arrange the cleaning schedule. Overall fantastic stay and will make this a regular visit.
Unit 112 is on the first floor and next to an access road. But the noise from the road was not noticeable, particularly during sleeping hours, even though I am a light sleeper.
The unit is conveniently located next to the coffee and tea bar, and is furnished very nicely. The master bath has a steam shower.
The Ritz itself is a beautiful property, with views of Vail Mountain from the pool, hot tub and fire pit areas.
Our family of four had a fabulous time staying in this home at the Ritz. Very tasteful decorations and super convenient to the pool and other facilities. The staff at the Ritz are also super welcoming and helpful.
We have been coming to Vail every summer and had a great time staying at the Ritz. The staff at the Ritz go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you are taken care of. We had a fabulous time and it is a great location to be "in the heart" of Vail, but not so much that you feel overwhelmed.
The condo is a great place for families, but the place could use a little sprucing...the shades were tattered exposing iron rods, one of the bar stools was broken, the throw pillows for the sofas have seen better days, the drawers in the secondary bedroom were too difficult to use, etc. All this could be updated and this place would be five stars.
It was a little annoying that the housekeeping staff came in at different times every day during the week, never consistent. When you have a family it is a little difficult to vacate for 15-20 minutes especially when you don't when they are coming.
Would definitely stay there again, but it would be nice to have a few updates down to the place.
