a true Gem
Perfect location if you desire a quiet evening away from the party but, easily accessible with the streetcar line at your side door. Host was incredibly accommodating. We will be repeat guests.
Great little place! Perfect for 2! Streetcar was great!
Very nice and clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom a little dated but fine. Perfect size for us. Great market nearby and streetcar made easy and inexpensive access to French Quarter. Brandon was super at making sure we were ok. Loved the city. Ran out of time! Hope to be back soon.

Perfect Garden District location
Lovely condo. Everything we needed. Literally a half block away from Fresh Market. We arrived late and there was wine in the fridge. The streetcar is practically outside the door . We are an older couple and found it suited all our needs. This unit was on the 2nd floor and I was a little concerned about lugging our suitcases up the stairs- it was no problem. On site free laundry. Everything you could need.

I chose this place mainly because of the location. It’s away from the big action but still close enough to be convenient. This rental was perfect for us. Clean and great amenities. We only stayed 2 days but I could see it being perfect for longer stays also. I really appreciated the water in the fridge. Much needed on those hot days and crazy night outs. I also enjoyed looked at the large collection of books and some dvds. We didn’t use that but it brings a nice touch to the home that most places don’t have. My final comment is that the host was great at communication. A couple of times I messaged him questions like “do I need a parking permit” and he would answer me within minutes. Great communication is awesome when you are out of town renting. Since you already have so much on your mind. Thanks! I’ll def recommend this place to anyone.
Great place conveniently located in the Garden District
The condo was exactly as described and was an excellent home base for our week in New Orleans. The St. Charles streetcar was just a block away and we used that daily to get into the French Quarter. For venturing further out, it was great to have a reserved parking spot just outside the condo's front door. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils, basic spices, etc and there is a grocery store walking distance across St. Charles Ave. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again when we visit New Orleans.
