Steps from our door is the historic St. Charles streetcar line that can escort you to the University area located uptown, or downtown to the French Quarter. This condo is one of 2 that we own and rent in the same building. There may be other units available as well.

We loved this place! It had everything we needed, from fresh herbs to a great entertainment center, to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment is so cute. It is clean, very well equipped and the bed, oh my, so comfy. The neighbors are friendly and very quiet. There is a lovely potted garden with seating in the outdoor spaces, one with shade. Also must mention that the location is awesome, convenient, safe and right off the streetcar line with easy access to the French Quarter or Audubon Park and Zoo in the other direction There is a wonderful grocery market just across the street on St. Charles Ave. and the best Seafood Market in the uptown area is only a few blocks away on Magazine St. The parking space is tight but perfect for a compact car, which is better anyway if you plan on driving around the uptown area as it can be quite tricky to navigate. This condo is much more comfortable than a hotel and a great price too. We will plan our visits to New Orleans from now on around the availability of this unit as it is the perfect home away from home for us.

Great Condo in a great location

My husband and I spend 3 nights in this condo. It had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing get away. It is walking distance to many bars/restaurants. The market and street car are only 2 blocks away. The owners were great and ready to correct any "issues" there may have been.

The only minor disappointment was the courtyard. It was shared with 5-7 other units. I dont remember exactly how many units were in the complex. This building is a renovated apartment building.

We would highly recommend this condo. Thank you Brandon. :)

Great location.

Owner of the property was very helpful with all our questions early

Place was clean. They had a suggestion book of things to do and see that would be great for a visitor (I used to live here and agree w their Recs). Would def consider staying here again. Nice long weekend away

Simply the best!

This was our second stay at this property and we loved it again! The street car is just outside making it very easy to get to the French Quarter. Wonderful places to eat and shop such as Superior Seafood, Sucre, Lush, Salu, and the Bulldog are all within walking distance. Once we park in the off-street parking area there is no need to drive until it's time to leave. The accommodations are clean and modern. Live plants in the condo and even a boquet of fresh mint and rosemary in the kitchen were awaiting us. The courtyard is even more lush and tropical with foliage than the photos show and they recycle on property, too. Can't wait for our next NO trip, we will only stay here! Michele & Jon O

Great place in a wonderful location

We visited for our anniversary after meeting and living in New Orleans for many years. Had a great time. Clean and cute condo in a super central location. St Charles and the Garden District! We would definitely recommend.

Exactly what we were looking for.

The condo met our needs perfectly. We were in town just for the weekend and didn't need a lot. This was our first VRBO rental so we did not know what to expect but this was really nice. The size is comfortable for two and the location is very nice. It is right off the St. Charles Ave. street car line. It is also in easy walking distance(about 4 blocks) to a nice part of Magazine street. It was neat and tidy. I can't say is was great for TV watching because the AC was pretty loud, but that was not what we were there for. The owners gave clear instructions and there was a good amount of information on local attractions.

Excellent bargain

This owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The place was clean, quaint and comfortable. With short walking distance to the trolly it was an ideal location at a fraction the cost of the typical garden district rental.
