Just five minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park's Beaver Meadows entrance, you can enjoy a full day of hiking and site seeing while you explore the wonders of our National Park. After a day in the Park, shopping downtown, or a day at the spa, you can hang out at Mary's Lake and enjoy a picnic for two. You can also take a dip in the outdoor communal pool (Memorial Day through Labor Day, subject to change per HOA*). Sprague Mountain is great for the whole family. Just imagine how relaxing and peaceful this vacation would be!

As you enter the condo, you will find a spacious living room with a flat screen TV and fireplace ready to warm you up. This unit provides free internet and cable along with streaming TV, so bring your streaming stick to enjoy your personal viewing pleasures or settle in for game day. Really good but could use some improvement

The condo is quite small and I somehow overlooked that it is wheelchair accessible. This means you have to navigate a ramp to enter. Not a big deal but I somehow missed this. The main bathroom is also wheelchair accessible. The shower in that bathroom has low water pressure for the shower and the tile grout could use a good cleaning. The faucet for the kitchen sink needs repair since it leaks badly when water is turned on full pressure. The ice maker is handy but I could not figure out how to turn it off so way more ice than we could use was made. Ceiling fan in the living room needs repair. The light cover is barely hanging on and the unit makes a lout clunking noise when turned up to full speed. The biggest issue is something that is likely not a problem most of the time. The week we were in Estes was quite warm. There is an AC in the 2nd bedroom and it keeps that room cool, but the rest of the condo was fairly hot. Since there are only windows on one side, you can't get a cross-breeze. These are likely nitpicking details. The condo was clean overall and comfortable. There's not much a view but for the price, it was more than worth it.

great area - but hard to find, hard to cool, & adjacent to unfinished construction site/large hole

owner very good to communicate - listing was confusing as it is 2 bed, 2 bath, plus sleeper sofa, community pool and listing was very unclear. one bedroom has a small window AC, other bedroom with 20' high vaulted ceilings has no AC nor does the rest of the property...took over 24 hours to cool down one bedroom & living area, 2nd bedroom without AC stayed very uncomfortably warm even with windows open & ceiling plus oscillating fans. The unit is on the end of a condo complex and next to it is a very unsightly unfinished deep pit full of construction materials with that being your main view from the unit. Parking spot is unclear/inconvenient & confused by large no parking sign w arrows pointing toward unit. Interior needs deeper dusting & cobwebs removed, some bulbs out. Shared pool pretty dated/dirty and an ongoing unit remodel adjacent to it with unsightly piles of construction debris. Subject surrounded by units in better condition. .

Johnson Family Review

This condo was comfortable, well appointed and very clean. Quarters were a little tight, but everyone had their own room to sleep in (2 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room). It was lovely drinking our morning coffee and grilling dinner out on the porch. This condo does not have a view of the mountains which is the only thing that could have been better. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
