To entertain the family, we have a new 50” SMART flatscreen HDTV in the open concept living area, along with Flat-Screen TVs in every bedroom. We also provide Snorkel Equipment, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Coolers, Beach Towels and Beach toys. Guests can also enjoy discounted golf prices along with free shuttle service to both the Kings and Beach Golf Courses.
Gorgeous golf and mountain views await you off the living and dining room on the large wrap-around lanai with an outdoor kitchen. Your private outdoor summer kitchen is equipped with a Viking BBQ, wet bar with granite countertops, new (2016) custom cabinets along with luxury outdoor lanai furniture.

Resort hotels quote a nightly rate, but then you pay an “activity fee” in addition to a nightly parking charge as well. Also, VRBO now charges guests a Service Fee which goes directly to VRBO and not the owner.

My first vacation to Hawaii was back in 1973 and has been my favorite vacation spot since then. We started bringing our family to the Islands in 1998 and our boys love it as much as we do. They were just amazed the first time they went snorkeling! The Big Island is great for deep sea fishing too! There was no question, we had to invest in our own 'piece of paradise.' Our family absolutely loves Waikoloa Beach Resort.
After looking at different resorts and several complexes within WBR we choose to purchase our vacation home at Waikoloa Beach Villas.
We were attracted to the low density within our complex and also our two beautiful resort style pools. It is truly a tropical paradise.
And it is very quiet here! A great place for families.
Waikoloa Beach Villas is within walking distance to both the Queens and Kings Marketplaces home to high end restaurants, shopping and provides fast food for families on the go. There is also a gourmet market right across the street that we can walk to should we decide to eat at home. WBV is ideal for families.
We enjoy sitting out on the Lanai having our morning coffee followed with our walks over to 'A-Bay' where our boys like to snorkel. They sometimes even fish off the rocks. This is a perfect area for jogging, walking, bicycle riding, kite flying, golfing and viewing the beautiful sunrise and sunsets at 'A-bay'. And everything is so convenient with ideal weather year round! You can simply park your car in the garage and walk within the resort. Come and stay in Paradise at our Heavenly price. We two couples stayed here for a week and loved the place! Fully equipped kitchen, very very comfortable beds, plenty of room, great tv's, and located near restaurants, food stores, shopping centers and the beach. We'd recommend this place for anyone who likes convenience, comfort and a beautiful setting in the house and out. The rental agent was responsive, professional and made sure everything was perfect. Contacted us in a very timely fashion with instructions to get into the complex and our unit and made sure everything was perfect. Loved it!

This 3 bedroom 3 bath Condo is very well equipped with everything a family would need to have a wonderful vacation. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen living room layout makes for a wonderful family environment. The resort like pool and spa area is very enjoyable. The location of the condo is a short walk out the front door and across the street to the queens marketplace giving you access to many eateries and shops.
This was our second time staying in your home and again loved it. It is so comfortable. Everything you need is right there. The furnishings are beautiful. The bedding is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. Very convenient to everywhere. Shops, beaches and other cities.
We have traveled to the Big Island on several occasions and this has been the nicest place thus far. This trip was made with our son and wife along with a 3 year old and 9 month old. Great location with easy access to everything. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make any meal desired. The Viking grill cooked both steaks and fish to perfections. All the beds and furnishings were comfortable (we used them all). The thing we enjoyed the most was the peaceful relaxing lanai where we would sit out at night and just be a family. Thanks Michelle for making our family vacation on of the best ever!
