Luxury, 3400 sq. foot, 4 bedroom plus loft home that offers a perfect getaway for 1-2 families. It is bright and sunny with room to spread out and enjoy the lavish 'Cowboy High-Style' furnishings and beautiful décor. From the entrance lobby the home immediately opens up to a large great room. The kitchen has granite benches, a third sink, high-end, stainless steel appliances complete with a double oven and breakfast bar with seating for four. The dining area has seating for ten people and opens into the large living room with a gorgeous rock, wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD and stereo. Just outside of the living room is a sunny deck and a private, outdoor hot tub. The south wall of the newly remodeled great room has broad windows to allow ample sunlight and warmth to flow in.

Why Owner/Manager chose Jackson Hole area

The Aspens is a great neighborhood for a vacation. Quiet streets and wooded lots, with occasional wildlife sightings in the neighborhood (moose in the back yard!) Just a few minutes walk to tennis courts, athletic club and swimming pool, and the deli/grocery and wine store. About a 5 minute drive to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort for skiing or summer activities. The West Bank bike trail goes right past the neighborhood; we often ride bikes don to Wilson or to the Mountain Resort in the summer, to enjoy a free concert or ride the tram or gondola.

What makes this house unique

The home is in a lovely setting, with a private sunny yard and deck. The home is large, light and tastefully redecorated. Plenty of room for 1 -2 families.

Stayed in this home for 4 nights as part of our Jackson Hole extended family vacation. There were 10 of us, including 4 teenagers. There was ample room and privacy. The house was very accommodating. The bathrooms could be updated and the upstairs loft area and bedroom were kind of hot and stuffy...but we purchased some fans to help get air moving a bit. Plus, I believe we happened to be visiting during an unusually hot week. The deck and the yard were absolutely wonderful and my favorite part of the house! Even had a very nice hot tub to enjoy. One morning we awoke to a moose laying in the yard! Also, it was a perfect location, as about 10 minutes from Jackson shops and dining. We would most definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends!

We had an amazing time in Jackson at the end of May for a week long family get together. The house was perfectly located between Jackson and the back entrance to the Tetons National Park. We thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings, hot tub, and the provided bikes for trips into Teton Village. The house is beautifully decorated and accommodated our large family of 12 perfectly!

This is the most comfortable, clean and beautiful property! My husband and I took three daughters and their families to Jackson Hole, WY for a vacation in June 2016. We fit very comfortably in this spacious house. Perfect to have the three large bedrooms and the smaller bedroom with the trundle bed and the loft with two trundle beds. Easy for everyone to spread out. The house was very, very clean. It was wonderful to have the Wii game system for the kids and adults to enjoy in the evenings after a day of outdoor adventures. We loved the large deck. Our family loved eating our meals at the big table out there. The hot tub on the deck is great. The neighborhood was so cozy. It is a wooded area and we saw deer wandering through the yard. I know other guests have seen moose. This property is located close to everything we wanted to visit. The property description is very accurate. We had great customer service. We had an issue with a toilet not working and that was fixed very promptly. Jackson Hole Whitewater is a great company for float trips. Be sure to ask for Tom Kemper as a guide. We did one big grocery shopping trip in Jackson at Albertson's and cooked all of our evening meals at the house and packed sandwiches for lunches for our day trips. I would definitely recommend this property. It went beyond our greatest expectations. The folks at Apex were very helpful with questions I had before the trip and with instructions for checking in. Awesome, awesome, awesome. Hope we get to go back to this same house someday!

This home is in the desirable Aspens Subdivision, just minutes from the base of Jackson Hole Ski area in Teton Village. Close to all of the shopping, dinning, spas and ski shops of Teton Village without the traffic of tourism lodging in Teton Village. Streams, big views and natural forest surrounds the neighborhood and is home to a host of wildlife including Moose, Mule Deer, and Elk. The views from this area are 180degrees of the Gros Ventre Mountains, The Valley and the slopes of the Jackson Hole Ski area and the National Parks lands in boaders.

The Aspens Subdivision is 4 miles from Teton Village and 5 miles from Town of Jackson. This location lends itself to being able to take advantage of all the area has to offer without being in the noise and hustle and bustle of Town or Village. The home is also 5.5 miles from the Southern entrance to Grand Teton National Park, and the access road ( Mosse To Village rd) is a great place to view bears in the fall and Elk anytime of the year.
