House 'Uhlenwinkel' (owls’ corner) lies unaffected by through traffic on a long garden site left to nature and populated with old trees offering with a spacious 3-room ground floor home absolute rest and relaxation. Sheltered sitting places allow an unspoilt stay in the open even in the early and off seasons.

Information about the town: St. Peter-Ording offers three climate zones (surf zone, dunes, wooded areas) - something for everybody. Rich in aerosol, pure saline air cures or relieves difficulty in breathing; the salt water supports the healing of skin diseases. But also for all other people the North Sea climate is a good possibility to 'give oneself a good airing'. The long beaches but also the near surroundings invite to long walks. For the ones who like it a bit more animated, there are different offers like sports, excursions, culture as well as the different offers of the Tourist Centre. A manifold culinary offer is available in the different restaurant. St. Peter-Ording can also be reached by train. Within the village, in connection with the tourist card, you can use the local bus without charge.

Wundervolle Wohnung in guter Lage

Moin, Moin. - Sämtliche Beschreibung, Fotos und Pläne stimmten mit der Realität überein. Alles war so wir wir es uns vorstellten. Es ist alles sehr sauber, gut bis sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Netter und schneller Kontakt(email + Handy) mit der Vermieter im Vorfeld und persönlicher Kontakt vor Ort (nicht zu viel aber auch nicht zuwenig). So sollte Urlaub immer sein.

Wer es braucht kann bis zu 50 Satelittensender empfangen. Sehr gute Matrazen, Bettdecken und Kissen im Schlafzimmer. Matraze nicht zu weich(aber auch nicht super hart). Badezimmer mit Markenarmaturen (HansGrohe), Thermostatmischbatterien (hält die Temperatur konstant). Schöne Holzterrasse mit Sichtschutz. Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbetten eignen sich nur zum schlafen. Dafür ist der Rest der Wohnung bei 54qm sehr großzügig geschnitten. Die Wohung wirkt hell und eigentlich ein bißchen größer als 54qm, was wohl an dem Zuschnitt liegt. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Grundstück an der Straße. Lage: 5 Minuten zu Fuß Zentrum Ortsteil Dorf erreichbar. 2-3 Minuten bis zum Deich. Ruhige Seitenstraße. Das einzige was man bei offenen Fenster hörte ist das leichte Rauschen des Meeres in der Ferne (stört nicht).

Wir können diese Wohung wärmstens weiterempfehlen und hoffen in Kürze noch mal wieder zu kommen.

It is situated in the district called 'village', the centre of the 4 districts of St. Peter-Ording, on the edge of the so-called 'silent village'. The house lies near the southern beach. Market place, shopping centre, bus stop, doctors as well as possibilities for cure treatment are quite near and the same as various restaurants can be reached quickly on foot.
