Well equipped ski in/ski out condo on Jay Peak, home to the most glade skiing terrain, and the highest snowfall in the east. You can ski off the deck of this condo, onto the trail, and back onto the deck at the end of the day. Jay is known for its powder, small crowds, great value, and trails for all abilities. When the snow clears, the 18 hole championship golf course beckons. The summer brings out the best of the Northeast Kingdom. Hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, lakes, streams, fishing, boating, water holes, are some of the many activities you can enjoy in this nature's paradise. Spectacular mountain views, scenic vistas, beautiful lakes make this the ideal destination for those looking to enjoy New England's beautiful Autumn foliage. Or, you can sit in the back yard by the fire pit and reach up and touch the stars, or just listen to . . . the sounds of nature.
Coming December 2012: The new Jay Hotel and the 'Pump House' indoor water park. One of the largest indoor water parks in the country. With these 2 new additions, along the the new Ice Haus, Golf Clubhouse/Nordic Center, Tram Haus Lodge, Jay Peak will be a destination for skiers, golfers, outdoor enthusiasts, and families that want to get away.
This condo lives up to all of the excellent reviews it has received. Literally steps from the slopes, it's spacious, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. We rented both the upper and the lower unit for a three-family reunion (ages 15 - 63) and we had plenty of room and having the second full-sized refrigerator was a bonus. The Pump House water park is less than a mile away and there's a small grocery store right there to handle any last last-minute needs. The non-skiers in the group enjoyed a workout at the fitness center which they said was great. The owners were very responsive and easy to work from my first inquiry to their last note this morning regarding the security deposit. If the family decides to head to Jay again in the future, we'll definitely be back.
We had two families and it was perfect. the 4 teens had their own "hideaway" in the basement with their own bedrooms and kitchen and living room (with playstation that we brought). The adults had the upstairs to ourselves with our own kitchen and living room - "peace of heaven". Everything you could need in the kitchen was there. The accommodation was fantastic. Huge table so we could all have dinner together. Fabulous ski in/ski out so we could come In for lunch for as long as we wanted. The skiing was great. We felt "spoiled". Thanks to the owners for their flexibility and accommodations.

This was perfect for our family. We had two families staying here and also had rented two other townhomes to accommodate the remaining 17 for our anniversary weekend. We chose Jay Resort because of all the activities for our age group of 6 - 71. There is something for everyone and we did it all. This townhome was very well equipped and the pictures accurately show what there is. Everyone was comfortable and happy to be there. The extra kitchen downstairs came in handy as we had our "family" dinner there on Saturday night followed by a fire in the firepit outside which everyone enjoyed. Our dinner was catered by the Jay Village Inn and it was superb.
We would highly recommend it and hope to return.
In late June, 2011, several of us gathered at this lovely condo for a multi-generation family mini reunion. Everyone was impressed with our accommodations which were immaculate AND also very well appointed. The ongoing changes at Jay Peak are impressive, making us anxious to return at a later date. Our week long visit was not long enough to see all the area has to offer and do all we wanted to. With strawberry season at it's peak and the Gods of Weather cooperating we had a great time!
This is a great place! We stayed with two families over the Presidents week 2011 and it is outstanding. Very clean, very convenient to the slopes, easy parking. It is ski on ski off so it's great for lunch and you don't have to worry about going out to eat after skiing all day. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need.
Thanks for a great stay!!
This condo was PERFECT! We were 4 couples looking for a comfortable retreat. This 4 bath, 4 bedroom condo fit the bill. I've never stayed in a "ski rental" (although off season) that was this spacious, well equipped, comfortable, that had so much to offer. While the guys played golf, we sat around the condo enjoying the amenities (flat screen t.v., classic movie collection, books, wi-fi, "appropriate" wine glasses, t.v.'s in the master bedrooms, hair dryer) and the back yard. We grilled out and enjoyed a wonderful evening sitting around the firepit. I don't know when I've had so much fun going away, and just enjoying the condo. We only stayed 2 nights, but we're definately coming back and staying longer. The golf course was to die for (according to my husband). I would recommend this to anyone.
