The house has two master bedroom suites with king beds and ocean views, and two guest bedroom suites with queen beds. Every bedroom has total privacy, with luxurious en-suite baths and well separated entrances off long hallways.
The spectacular great room, with 20-foot ceilings and a wall of tall glass Nana doors, opens onto a vast patio with private infinity pool (unheated) looking out over the beach and ocean. The elegant dining room shares these views, as does the modern gourmet kitchen. The house features a complete wet bar overlooking the great room, and an adjacent office area with desk, WIFI and landline phone. Travertine marble floors, Hansgrohe & Duravit Fixtures, and custom furnishings help complete the experience of luxury at this exceptional house.
Other amenities in this villa include a full laundry room with washer and dryer and ironing board, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, free high speed internet with WIFI, Blue Ray player with in-wall surround sound audio/video in living room, and acres of closet space. It is a short 3-minute walk down the hill from the villa to the beach.
The mile-long, pristine, pink-sand beach which this house overlooks is almost always deserted. The beach is perfect for swimming, with crystal-clear water and a smooth sandy bottom. The surf is moderate at this location, because a large barrier reef protects the beach. There are beach chairs on the beach and palapas for shade.

This is in addition to your villa’s private pool. (Please note that the villa's private pool and spa are not heated.) Please note that Sky Beach Club is not a full service resort. Front desk, gym, spa, room service are not available. Daily housekeeping is available for a $30 charge.
The town of Governors Harbour, five minutes away by car, has a charming collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking its historic harbor. Buy fresh fish and lobster every afternoon from fisherman at the town dock, or visit the recently restored Haynes Library, which dates from 1897, for the weekly coffee hour for foreign residents and tourists. Governors Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. Friday Night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour, a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street, is not to be missed.
Eleuthera is famous for its 100 miles of spectacular, deserted beaches. The island, home to just 8000 residents, is completely safe any time of the day or night. Enjoy the rare experience of picking up hitch-hikers and leaving your keys in the car wherever you go. The snorkeling, diving, and fishing on the island are world class. Boating, surfing, and other water sports are also popular. You can rent power boats, sailboats, sea kayaks, bikes. You can have a charter captain take you out for excursions of various types. There is excellent sightseeing as well. Eleuthera has vast caves, cliffs, a bottomless ocean hole, many unique beaches, historic churches and 19th century homes, and small villages to explore. We hope you will enjoy Sky Beach Club, and experience all our island has to offer.
we were 4 couples that stayed at the Sky Beach Club; it was amazing; had a beautiful view! the place was clean and the rooms were sort of separate so each couple had their own privacy. the people were very, very helpful and gave us great locations for some private beaches. We would definately love to go back!! We even had our own pool.

This was a family vacation with five adults, and a very active 3 year old toddler.
Our experience was for the most part very positive.
The accommodations were amazing. Everyone having a bathroom was outstanding.
The "dark skies" were perfect for star gazing and watching shooting stars. A telescope would have been nice.
The property was lovely, with a few reservations:
the under counter and under hood range lights did not operate. Since we prepared several meals it was a concern, made food prep a little difficult. We would recommend bringing food staples and snacks, if at all possible. Groceries are expensive if you plan to prepare meals on site.
After a heavy rain, (the only one we experienced), there was a significant leak through the AC unit in the dining room. No one came to check on it until the next day after calling when it occurred.
We did notice some deferred maintenance on the property.
CeCe was very helpful with recommendations for dining in the area, best beaches, etc.
This was our first visit to Eleuthera and the Bahamas. We would consider revisiting.
We do recommend bringing games since there were none available at the residence for those afternoons lazing about the pool area or indoors. If you wish to snorkel, bring your own equipment since there is none on the property or close by.
I used the above quote because you see it often on this island....if you are looking for hustle and bustle, wild nightlife and a party spot with all the "touristy" attractions that go with it....it is definitely NOT for you. If you want to truly experience "island time", sitting, relaxing and enjoying the exceptional views and wonderful people and not worry about where you are going and what time you have to be there...this is the place for you. The house was AWESOME...the view AMAZING!!! As with all of who are getting on in years the home had some minor disrepairs...nothing worth noting and nothing that was interfering or dangerous.. Sammy the bartender (you are awesome....there are no words...great drinks and wonderful recommendations. Cece and Nick are on top of things....and reminding us daily to lock our doors; some individuals can be opportunists when you are staying in such a large home. Play it safe and smart (I would recommend to management/owners that a safe in the house would be worth it to visitors).Pascal's food was always a huge success with all in our group (8 of us on this trip)and a pleasure to sit and enjoy, for the quality and amount of food we thought the price ;was a wonderful value. Tippy's is a great road trip (but Pascals still has the best conch fritters), Twin Cove is not to be missed for snorkelers...and the friday fish fry was amazing. Harbor Island...an hour drive and a 15 minute water taxi....take it or leave it...we should of left it...and spent more time in Governor's Harbor....it was the touristy stuff we were trying to get away from. Above all else....STAY LEFT!!!
The staff is very nice and accommodating and the views are awesome. Just to warn people in the future, our house was robbed and we had about $800 in cash stolen from our purses. We had no idea that the area would be like this. Always make sure your doors are locked, even when you are in the house! Food is pricey and average in taste. I don't want to trash sky beach club, but it was not as nice as we thought it would be. Once again, the staff is great and the view is gorgeous. I would consider sky beach club a "good" place to go.
We summer vacation abroad every year. Mexico, London, Centeral America, you name it we've probably been there or its on our family "bucket list" but with that being said this property ranks amongst the top. We were sceptics going into it because the pictures were too good to be true and Matt was way too nice for this to be real. Well I'm here to tell you it's as advertised! Beautiful, beautiful place. The locals even though (not a lot of them) but the ones we met were all nice and friendly. The Friday night fish fry with the local is great. Better get there early! Believe it or not but even on an island they run out of fish at a fish fry, lol. A ship comes over from Nassau and its a Huge party. Not, I must say if your looking for a huge social Atmosphere than Eleuthera isn't for you, it's a great place to relax and no concept of time, go to Goveners Habor and grab some catch of the day or some conch fritters, beans and rice from the locals selling it. I can write all day about this place. Get off the beaten path and recharge. I will warn you of one thing, the Mosquitos are fierce!!
The first thing that hits you is the amazing panoramic view of sky, beach and ocean. The water with its beautiful colored hues of blue and green; the amazing blue sky, the palm trees, the sound of the ocean, the pink colored sand, the reefs...all this and almost entirely to yourself! The lovely vanishing edge pool and pool bar and restaurant. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff was delightful and very accomodating. We will cherish these memories for a lifetime...walking the beach, the wonderful starry display at night while sitting on our personal pool deck, shooting stars and watching the distant thunder clouds on the far horizon...awesome. The house was beautiful, with every modern convenience. We could not have been more pleased with Sky Beach!
We rented this beautiful villa for a week with our 4 teenage daughters and were overwhelmed by our choice! The house if possible, is even better than in the pictures! The ocean view is amazing from almost every room, the windows are huge and allow us to admire the view! There is absolutely everything you need, it's like being at home...only better!
The only recommandation I'd make would be to bring bugs' spray; they're pretty agressive at night!
