Contemporary villa designed with modern architecture, plenty of space, quality furnishing.
Quiet and secure area, beach access but nearby from all activities, restaurants, shopping, entertainment.
Gourmet kitchen, all amenities, three large bedrooms AC with bathroom and dressing and large sliding glass on the terrace.
Endless pool with swimming jet.
We have rented many places in several countries; all were at least adequate. This one exceeded our expectations. The house was large, immaculately clean, with three - bedroom suites, one in a separate building, each with a bath and pool access. The pool was not huge, but was beautifully maintained. Everything worked inside and out, and the sunsets were amazing.
We cooked several times in the well-supplied kitchen which included bottled water for drinking. A young couple lived on the property and in addition to caretaking, graciously enough to cooked us a couple of special dinners. They made us feel welcome and appreciated. The gated house was cleaned and beds made daily except Sunday. We had private parking. The house had air conditioners and fans that were easy to use and kept us comfortable. The location was walking distance to a beach with kayaks etc. for rent and to several good restaurants.
We would definitely come back to stay again.

We rented the villa for a week in October. We emailed the owner two weeks before as asked by the owner to let him know when our plane was due in so he could have the housekeeper meet us to let us in. No one was at the villa when we got there. There was no lock on the back gate . After an hour of trying to get in touch with someone, the owner said he only thought we were coming the next day. The housekeeper came an hour later to let us in. It was not clean inside. No linens on beds, dirty dishes in sink, lots of algae in the pool. There was no way we could stay there in that condition. It was not a safe place especially since one of our group is going through chemo treatments. We ended up having to find another place to stay for the week. We did get our deposit back and stayed at the Westin resort at twice our original cost of the villa. We wasted a good part of our first day on the island. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
We spent a week at this villa with our 3 adult children and we had a wonderful week at PBV. It is exactly as pictured. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and good AC. We were able to cook 2 delicious seafood dinners and the kitchen was adequate with supplies. Kitchen towels would be helpful. Also the dishwasher was not working and I emailed the owner and within 24 hours it was replaced. Olga was a good housekeeper and she changed towels and linens half way through the week but there was plenty if more were needed. There is an washer and dryer and a safe for valuables. The views from the gazebo were my favorite part both in the morning with tea and the afternoon with a cocktail watching the cruise ships, the sunset and the island of Saba in the distance. We spent much time relaxing and enjoying the view. The beach down the footpath was rocky but you could still enjoy a quick swim in the ocean without driving.
We enjoyed the pool as did our children and enjoyed lounging, listening to music and having lots of laughs and fun. The villa is in one of the nicest parts of the Island in our opinion. Nearby to Kim Sha Beach, Bon Appetit bakery, Peli Deli for grocery items, Buccaneer Beach bar, the Greenhouse, the Red Piano,Toppers, Pineapple Petes
and many other restaurants are within one mile walking distance.
We felt very secure there and the surrounding villas and condo/hotels were well kept. We have wonderful memories with our family and we would return to PBV again.
Thank you Thank you!!
We were 3 couples that had the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful villa for a week. It's situated at the perfect place, close to beach, airport, stores, restaurants etc. We had made arrangements ahead of time for a friend to pick up the keys before our arrival and the owner had no problem doing this...which was appreciated since we were coming in late afternoon.
The view is spectacular...seeing the cruise ships, sailboats coming in and leaving at night was beautiful to see. We enjoyed the pool very much and the pool deck was spacious where we enjoyed having our BBQ's. The bedrooms were spacious with walk-in closets.
We enjoyed cooking our dinners at the villa every night. The only thing that I would recommend is to have more cooking utensils in the kitchen and dish towels.
One night we had problems with the electrical and the ACs and fans were not working but once we notified the owner in the morning, an electrician came and fixed the problem right away.
I strongly recommend this place and I sure hope that I'll be able to enjoy this villa once again in the near future.

Can't boast the views from this home enough! The view from the upper deck are astounding, with gorgeous views of the ocean. There is no view of the ocean from the first floor - you're a house back from the beach & view palm trees. The pool was clean and well kept. We visited over Christmas and we couldn't have asked for better weather, with a cool breeze and low 80's temps.
-Views & Location is prime: walking distance to great restaurants (do try Bon Appetit)
-For Groceries, Use Le Grand Marche which is a short drive away
-Home is beautiful, ample bedroom space (beds are comfortable) with places to put away your clothes, and the AC in the bedrooms work great!
-Showers are hot and the home was very clean
-There is parking out front
-Ample linens and towels (the bathrooms did come with toiletries)
-Felt safe at all times
-The AC did not work efficiently, and at times, at all in the second floor (main floor) of the home (houses the living room, kitchen/dining room) - A gentleman came by to look at it as when we arrived it wasn't working at all, and stated that the second floor required a stronger unit or two units. I like it cool, so this was a problem. Even with the windows open and the breeze flowing, it was hot. And mind you, there are a lot of mosquito's. I didn't realize how badly we were all getting bit, so leaving the windows open wasn't a great option. Bring bug spray!
-The 2nd Floor patio that is above the pool house; the ceiling to this leaked horribly after the two rains we had. So bad so that we couldn't even sit under it without being splashed by water leaking from the roof. This should be fixed asap
- In the pool house guest room, the ceiling in the bathroom had a whole/leak - it never leaked, although I wasn't fond of having a hole in the roof
-The kitchen is extremely poorly stocked. Hema gladly brought us some items we'd requested (mixing bowls, measuring spoons/cups, wine glasses that weren't plastic) You will have to purchase all things for cooking (butter, salt, pepper, oil, cooking spray, coffee/filters, sugar, spices, etc - this adds up) - We've rented many VRBO homes before, & this kitchen had little in it aside from glasses, pots/pans, spatulas, tablewear
-Wifi was poor by pool
-Hema told me that she no longer works here, but I'm sure they will be offering another housekeeper
Overall, we had a wonderful and unforgettable vacation here & would return, hoping the repairs were completed.
We stayed here in December 2014 and loved it. The house is huge, the views amazing, the private yard and pool were incredibly serene. We had two couples and a single and never had so much room to enjoy the place.
Food, drink and entertainment are within walking distance. It was perfect.
Georges is a good owner. He takes care of things and takes action quickly.
