Laguna Beach is a very neat private urbanization, built in Moorish style with many green spaces, flowering plants and landscaped lakes.

The apartment is modern furnished and fully equipped. It is spread over two floors and is accessible via an external staircase.

It consists of 1 living room with corner seating and a dining area for 6 people, satellite TV with German and some English programs.

In the American kitchen is a kitchenette with oven / oven, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

There are 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and large wardrobes.

2 shower baths and 2 toilets.

The highlight is the 2 spacious balconies, one facing southeast and one facing southwest. Both with sea and mountain views.

In the apartment is Internet access via WLAN.

The apartment is only 20 meters from the more than 2 km long beach promenade with many restaurants and the beach.

In the complex there are 4 outdoor pools, 1 pool with Olympic dimensions, indoor swimming pool 28 degrees (open in winter), 4 hard tennis courts,

1 supermarket, 1 German supermarket, pet shop, hairdresser and several restaurants.

The apartment is about 60 km from Malaga airport.

From Malaga you can go by rental car, by taxi (from 55,00 Euro) or by public bus, shuttle bus from the airport to Malaga bus station and from there by bus to Torrox Costa.

By car, take the A7 towards Nerja / Almeria, exit at junction 285 (Torrox / Competa), leave the A7 and turn right towards Torrox Costa. Turn right at the main street in Torrox Costa and drive straight ahead until you reach the Hotel IBEROSTAR. From the main road, turn left and immediately turn right, then take the first left to the promenade of Torrox Costa. There are ample parking spaces.

The system Laguna Beach is secured by gates which you can open with the chip on the keychain. The same applies to the entrance into the pool area.

Beautiful Apartment

I stayed in this beautiful apartment with my wife and teenage son from 5th -13th October 2017. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything that you need for a self catering holiday including free Wi-Fi. There are 2 spacious double bedrooms both with very comfortable beds. One of the main features of this apartment are the 2 balconies - one balcony facing east with sun in the morning and one balcony facing west with sun in the afternoon. Both balconies have a table and chairs and are ideal for al fresco dining. The apartment is in a great location only 50m from the beach promenade and beach. There are numerous restaurants and bars on the beach promenade all within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is set in a complex surrounded by lovely gardens with water features. The complex has a 50m swimming pool, 4 tennis courts and a small supermarket. Based on my recent stay, I would highly recommend this apartment based on the high quality of the apartment, location of apartment and the lovely area of Torrox Costa.

Tout près de la mer, deux terrasses, très confortable et très calme à cette période. Début novembre. Je recommande vivement. Propriétaire très disponible et à l'écoute de surcroît !
