This property is in one of the best locations in Winter Park. It sits above the village area at the Winter Park Resort, for easy access to restaurants, bars, and the slopes!
Stayed at this property the week before Christmas with 3 families - beautiful condo in a great location in the village, close enough to take in the restaurants, tube slide, skiing, and all of the Christmas activities. Had a great time!
Excellent views, design excellent, ample things to do and go.Nothing was needed during our stay...highly recommended.
Our family met in Winter Park and were very impressed with Base Village Loft 101. We had a wonderful time, space was great, and skiing was terrific. We did note garbage haulers made a lot of noise after midnight during their work routine and bar people also quite noisy at closing time.
The employees at Winter Park Lodging Company were all very helpful and responded quickly to any question we had. The loft itself is a beautiful property and close to ski areas, however, a bit noisy at times because of businesses below. All-in-all, a beautiful place to stay.
You cannot beat this location. walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the ski lift. Our one and only minor complaint was the door lock—it was a bit difficult to unlock which is not fun in the cold.
Great ski vacation. The snow was great this year and we were able to enjoy some early morning runs since we were located right at the base. The loft was beautiful and spacious—we cannot wait to come back and rent this same place year after year!
