The villa "Santa Ursula Casa" is located on the mountain in a quiet cul-de-sac - from the garden you can admire the coast and the whole Orotava valley as well as the Teide (in winter with snow). Carport at the house, access barrier-free. Pool is suitable for the family, nudist as completely secluded. Heating possible.

Conservatory overlooking terrace. Weber gas grill & charcoal grill. Very fast internet fiber optic 50MB, Wi-Fi everywhere, telephone with flatrate. Several HD satellite TVs. Big hammock.

Living room

The home décor is tasteful: South American tropical wood. Living room with fireplace, in the conservatory is a desk with a bright VGA PC monitor. Large round dining table with 6 chairs made of heavy tropical wood for the family breakfast - in the morning it should be too cold on the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, z. B. bread maker, toaster, coffee maker, deep fryer, juicer, oven, sandwich toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, zus. Nespresso machine etc. HD satellite TV with all DE programs on a large LG HD flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa seating area. THX Soundsystem, Blueray-Player & Netzflix Access with unlimited HD movies in German, English, Spanish etc. Extra TV with all Astra HD programs in the bedroom and studio. In the bedroom and living room digital video recorder with 1TB hard disk for programmed TV broadcasts. Very beautiful and large Moroccan mosaic garden table with comfortable garden chairs on the terrace at the Weber gas grill. At least two sun loungers on the lookout and an extra mosaic table with two small chairs. Complete Wi-Fi, HD satellite TV in the children's room, bedroom (Blueray + Netflix) & Studio. Garden with bananas (as of 11. 2017: Almost ready for harvest), palm trees, orange trees and lemons. Separate studio with private entrance and shower / WC z. B. for the children. If the separate finca (about 10min away) is not rented, this can be used free of charge after consultation: 15. 000sqm plot with trampoline, large about 4 + 4 meters children's sandbox and many fruit trees: bananas, mango, oranges, lemons , Limes, papayas, bananas, avocados. Absolutely quiet, only about 200 meters from the sea. Access to trail and almost private beach possible - but unfortunately very steep and with Streppenstufen. Beach only to reach on foot, Finca accessible by car or bus. Possibly. also bicycle possible. Protected parking on the property, several parking spaces in the street. Safe Urbanisacion dead end, many locals & residents. Within a radius of 1km about 20 restaurants, from luxury to local & cheap. Many guachinchen. The studio has an espresso machine, satellite TV and telephone. WiFi + cable. Separate shower & toilet. Two beds. Separate mobile air conditioning.

Access for guests: access without exception, so entire house incl. Studio (for more than 4 persons), garden, terrace with Weber gas barbecue, cellar with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board. Large outdoor pool about 4 wide, 8 meters long and up to 2 meters deep. Large stairs for easy entry. Up to 35 degrees heated (but unfortunately only for extra charge), "lookout", astronomical professional telescope MEADE, car garage. Parking on the property possible (big gate) but also in the street (easier). Quiet street with a lot of parking space. Access largely accessible to disabled people without steps and with wide doors.

Interaction with guests: if necessary Passes a local contact key, access to the house but also at any time (at night) with codes possible (digital door code lock, key safe). The house has a digital video surveillance system for the doors as well as a smart home control for air conditioning etc. The landlord is during normal office hours via Skipe + GMil and by phone. District Overview: Well-known villa district "Caviar Hill" on the island. Only the cliff / first line is more exclusive - but also priceless expensive. Nearest town: Puerto de la Cruz 5 minutes by car Loro Parque: 6 minutes by car Motorway access (island ring): 2 minutes by car Dozens of restaurants in the evening within walking distance, yet absolutely quiet. Alcohol consumption without regret - simply leave the car at the restaurant and pick it up the next morning. In Santa Ursula live the locals but also many Germans & Britons. Preferred area to live as a "foreigner" on the island. Many small shops, restaurants, bars at reasonable prices (cafe solo: 70cent, beer around 1euro), Guachinchen with local wines (liter € 4) & cheap food. Good Canarian food (no "fast food") such as main course carne fiesta, bread, salad, drinks like wine & water & cafe + dessert around the 30-40 € for 2 adults and 4 children. Absolutely fantastic for German standards.

Transportation: Bus - easy. It stops about 500m (on the main street Santa Ursula) from the house. Timing every 10-20 min. during the day, at night every hour. Convenient, depending on the distance to the € 2 regional z. B. To Puerto de la Cruz downtown or Loro Parque. Parking on the property and in the street easily. A simple rental car (small car or van) from the relevant providers is recommended. Gasoline is cheap for the island, about 80cent / liter Super Plus. Private car of the owner is unfortunately only for emergencies on the property, is not part of the scope of insurance due to insurance issues.

Otherwise, please note: Pets after prior consultation possible. Rent / use if necessary also for companies and after individual arrangement. The studio is available for an occupancy of more than 4 people. In a few km distance (Los Realejos / San Vicente) is a 15. 000sqm finca by arrangement z. B. at the weekend can be used free of charge if this is not rented to guests.

Unsere kleine Familie mit 3 Kindern hat hier mit Freunden den Herbsturlaub verbracht. Insgesamt waren wir 6. Das Haus war absolut sauber und sehr, sehr komfortabel. Eigentümer sind Deutsche-und das merkt man. Alle sehr modern, schnelles Internet, sogar einen Staubsauger-Roboter hat das Haus. Fernseher in allen Zimmern, im Schlafzimmer sogar Netflix. Für die Freunde war ein eigenes kleines "Studio" mit extra Kühlschrank und Küche dabei. Sogar eine Espresso-Maschine gab es. Den Pool konnten wir beheizen. Von einem speziellen Ausguck aus hatten wir einen Panoramablick mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Das ganze Haus war sehr geräumig und man hatte unendlich viel Platz. Viele Handtücher, sogar ein Teleskop für die Sternbeobachtung war im Haus. Solch ein Haus ist etwas für Urlauber die nicht gern in großen anonymen Hotels urlauben wollen und die "Massenabfertigung" nicht mögen.

Im tropischen Garten konnten wir frische Bananen und Papayas direkt vom Baum pflücken, auch Küchenkräuter war frisch praktisch unendlich verfügbar. Praktisch jeden Morgen haben wir unser Frühstück draußen mit Blick aufs Meer und den Teide eingenommen.

Über Whatsapp war ich die ganze Zeit über in Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der konnte mir noch Tipps zum Essen gehen geben und kleine Fragen beantworten. SUPER !

Ich habe meinen nächsten Urlaub schon wieder für den nächsten Herbst gebucht. Absolute Empfehlung.
