This is a wonderful Luna Di Lusso condo at Lake Las Vegas. It is considered a 'partial lake view' unit and is nicely furnished and in great condition. This condo does not get rented through Aston and has several upgrades compared to standard units, including a Sub Zero fridge and high end linens and towels. It has a private balcony, from which you can see the lake and the village. There are lots of activities in and around Lake Las Vegas, something for everyone.
This is the largest 1br model available, at 712 square feet. It has a kitchenette with an under counter ref/freezer w/ ice maker, a two burner cook top and a large microwave. It has an oversize dining/living area in lieu of the full size kitchen.

My calendar is ALWAYS up to date. If it's available on the calendar, then it is available to rent. There are no discounts on the published rates as they are already very reasonable for this type of accommodation. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
I really love being able to be fairly close to all the action in Las Vegas, but stay in a quiet area with lots of family activities as well.
The Luna complex has a really nice pool and spa area and you are within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, spas, and more. If you don't want to go out, you can get room service directly to this unit.
We loved staying at this resort. It was a beautiful quiet place that we could relax at and also be close enough to the Strip in Las Vegas. Thanks for all your information that you provided at the Condo. We will definitely come back!
Mike has a great condo, and was an excellent host with communication, directions, answering general questions, arranging payment, and providing a well provisioned condo. The place was as described on the website, clean, and had everything we needed. Two nice TV's, DVD player, comfortable bed and pull out couch, large shower. Porch was nice to hang on, and had nice views of sunsets over the mountains and the lake/ pools.
The kitchen was even stocked with basics like coffee, sugar, oil, etc. The fridge was bigger than a regular college dorm fridge, sub-zero kept everything cool and had a working freezer/ ice maker. Bath had plenty of Shampoo, TP, Towells, etc. Right by our building there were 2 heated pools, a cooler large pool and very warm hot tub and splash pool for kids. Indoor parking made it easy to get in/out.
The condo village was perfect, but the 'downtown' area was mostly empty shops. There were a few restaurants open, but we cooked most of the time and didn't try them. We checked out mostly outdoor activities, highlights were Valley of Fire SP and Zion NP in Utah. Great getaway and perfect crash pad for traveling with our 2 young children.
Thanks Again, 5 Stars!!
We were told by Mike, our great host, that this was a good area for cycling. He was not kidding. Between the paved cycling trails and Northshore road the riding was incredible. Smooth roads, bike lanes, and light traffic on Northshore was great! The condo itself was clean, comfortable and ideally located. The resort area was a great place to explore and very well kept. Mike answered all our questions promptly and provided us with information on, and directions to, a variety of activities. If you are looking for something off the beaten path (the Strip), this is the place. Count on a half hour drive from the airport. Hoover Dam (less than an hour's drive) and Valley of Fire (an hour drive) are must see attractions.
The condo itself was very nice. We did have problems checking in as the condo was still being cleaned at 3pm which was check in time. Came back later and our key cards did not work. Had to go back to the hotel main lobby to get the keys reactivated. The same thing happened 2 days later where our keys did not work and had to go back to the hotel lobby to reactivate. This is no fault to the owner of the condo however it was a nuisance having to drive over to the hotel lobby every time our keys didn't work. More of an issue with the Aston. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay
This condo was a good place for our vacation. We were visiting family in Henderson, which was only 15 minutes away. We enjoyed the pools, the setting and the quiet. Lake Las Vegas has almost no stores and only a few restaurants and prospective renters should know that there is very little going on out there but that was fine with us. The unit is well located and very attractive. The kitchen was not well equipped, however. It needs some pots and pans, a full set of flat wear and some serving bowls which can be used in the microwave especially since there is no oven. We suggest renters do their grocery shopping before they go out to Lake Las Vegas since there is no where out there to get supplies. Thank you for the use of your condo. We enjoyed our stay.
