We stayed at Prague II for 6 days. It's a wonderful, clean apartment that is close to everything you need! The subway is very close as is Hofbrau Keller which is a wonderful beer garden that Alex recommended. Alex was very attentive and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here!
Nice apartment in a convenient location. Clean and efficient. Well-represented by posting. We were there during a very hot spell and the lack of windows made it a bit stuffy, but overall we were more than satisfied.
Alex is very attentive. He responds promptly and answers all queries. His instructions were clear and it made our stay very enjoyable. The kitchen is tiny but functional. We were six people so the apartment provided lots of room to spread out. The location is great with the subway close by and street parking available nearby. The beds were comfortable, decent linen (although less scent on laundry detergent would be appreciated). Small suggestion would be for a few more kitchen utensils (egg flipper, large serving spoons and a wooden spoon). However, we would highly recommend this apartment. Dealing with Alex made everything easy. Thanks for a lovely stay in Munchen!
We had a wonderful week-long stay at this clean and luxurious apartment near Prinzregentenplatz. The area is about a half-hour walk from the Innenstadt, and there is a nearby shopping mall, and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's also walking distance to tram, bus, u-bahn, and s-bahn.
This was one of the best places I've ever stayed: two bedrooms with plenty of space to store clothes and suitcases, and each with its own tv. The kitchen was well-equipped, with kettle, coffeemaker, stovetop espresso maker, toaster, large fridge and stove, and plenty of pots/pans, dishes, and cutlery. We made a lot of meals here.
The kitchen and living area has a comfortable couch and a tall kitchen table with tall stools. We had a bit of trouble getting on and off the stools, even though they were adjustable - the table and chairs were a bit too tall for me. There is a large tv in this area too, but the living area is not set up for an evening watching tv.
The bathroom is large and has a rain showerhead and a stacking washer/dryer, which was very nice to have.
The only minor inconvenience is that there are no windows to keep open. The apartment is on the ground floor right next to the main entry to the building, and each bedroom has a door that opens onto the courtyard and could be propped open during the day, but there's no way to keep a window open at night.
We really enjoyed our stay here - Alex is very easy to contact via text or email and responds quickly. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a clean and comfortable place to stay in Munich. I wish we could have stayed longer!
We stayed at D'Alex Atrium in April and loved our stay.
Alex was great to work with over email and the instructions to get into the apartment were crystal clear and worked like a charm for us. I thought it was a nice way to have it set up actually. He even gave us advice on whether or not we should have a car for our time in Munich, but he asked what our rough itinerary was first - we ended up getting a car.
The apartment is in a neighborhood we felt very comfortable with. The first evening we just wanted to eat in as we'd been on the road a bit, so we walked two blocks to a grocery store and got wine and bread and cheeses for the evening and some breakfast stuff for the next few days also. Quite convenient.
Although there was free street parking a few blocks away, I always go lucky with a spot on the road and just paid to park, we were there for the weekend essentially so I thought it was priced okay.
We LOVED the apartment. My 15 year old son loved the rain shower. 5 of us stayed and it was quite comfortable. It is in a secluded atrium and felt safe. If you want a view of anything this isn't your place, but for the cost, feeling of safety, and convenience we thought it was more than worth it. Plus, we were up and at em in the morning and getting back late most days so a view wasn't important to us, we were out exploring and ready to relax in our quite 'home' when we got there.
The beds were super comfy. We used the washer and dryer which was quite handy. The internet was the best we'd had in Europe which was great for all of us on our devices and social media. The entire family was happy. The place was very clean also, esp. important to my wife! Towels were fluffy! Even a real hair dryer which my wife loved. One daughter shipped off on Sunday, and we had another daughter's friend come join us later that Sunday and she made it from the train and bus without any issue and liked it as well.
We walked into the heart of Munich a few times, it's about a 30 minute walk, but beat fighting for parking, and we enjoy walking through the city. I also got up both mornings and went for a jog, it was a quick jog down to the river and then along the river, memories I'll have forever.
Should I have the opportunity to return to Munich Alex will be my first call, and either this property or another property of his! He has a great attention for detail and even took care of a small snafu for us! ;-)

Stayed in apartment for 3 nights with my wife and two daughters(8 and 11 yrs) Easy and proper communication with Alex prior to arrival via email and he also provided us with the necessary directions to the property.Well maintained and comfortable apartment with all the necessary amenities for self catering. Very close to U-Bahn line 4 with direct link to Hauptbahnhof - no car needed.Listing description as shown on web site.Alex left a map in the apartment with supermarkets, all within walking distance. Had a lovely stay, good value for money and could recommend this property for travel to Munich.
This apartments is located at the Prinzregenten square in Bogenhausen, Munich. Some of the atractions in the area are the Prinzregententheater, the fine arts museums Villa Stuck and the Haus der Kunst. The Deutsches Museum is not far away. The Isar river and the Englischer Garten with it's delightful walking ways are only in 15 min walking distance. The museums bus line will take you to the most importante museums of Munich (Alte Pinakothek, Neue Pinakothek, Pinakothek der Moderne, Glyptothek and Lenbachhaus). For a sunny smmingpool bath in summer or an ice skating in winter visit the Prinzregentenstadion, 100 meters away. Famous bavarian restaurants like the Hofbräukeller or even the Hofbräuhaus are reached within a few minutes. The Marienplatz with it's historical and shopping area are reached in 10 min with the subway. The Olimpic Center (Olimpiazentrum, Olimpiahalle) or the BMW Museum, are reached in less than 20 min. The Bayer Munich Stadium - Allianz Arena is reached in 30 min.
