Get away to this incredible family or corporate getaway in one of Southern California's premier coastal communities, Marina del Rey. Best location you can walk to everything. The moment you enter the building you are in a very tranquil environment with an Asian inspired garden and the antique entry door from an Indonesian Mosque, feel all your worries slip away! This condo is has walnut hardwood floors, new appliances, 2 balcony's one off living room other on the master bedroom, plasma TVs, In wall IPOD dock system, custom Ceaser Stone counter tops, beautiful white lacquer white cabinets and designer finishes throughout. This unit is totally custom everything! This spacious (1,300 sq. ft.) unit is non-smoking and is a 20 second walk to the beach. You will never have to get into your car so just take a walk down to all the trendy eatery's on Washington Blvd.
This is one of the best coastal communities in Southern California. Walk a few blocks to all the trendy and hip restaurants and shops. Walk or bike to everything you need; from the world famous Venice boardwalk to the Venice Canals to the Santa Monica Pier and 3rd street promenade. This is a custom unit designed by Gelsler architect; Wi Ling with the help from Puff Promotions. Custom everything!!
3 couples + 1 + dog loved staying here and did not feel cramped for space. House is well equipped and maintained. Having garage access is a major bonus as street parking is very limited in this area. 1/2 block to canal for scenic doggie relief. Some avid cyclists in our group, so finding 4 cruiser bikes in the garage that were actually functional and safe was a delight! Nina stopped by to make sure we were cozy. Had a blast in the surrounding area and hope to return to this place!
Our family of six ( four adults and two children) rented this condo for a week and have nothing but great things to say about it. Check in was extremely easy. The condo is roomy, clean and has all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay. We took full advantage of the bikes, boogie boards and beach chairs that are provided and we were thankful there was a parking garage because parking can be tough in this area. Highly recommend for those that are visiting the Venice area. Hope to be back soon! Thank you Nina for a lovely place and stay
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner has added some personal touches (ie: snacks, beverages, and even some cupcakes!) that made us feel very welcome. We liked having the bicycles available to ride along the boardwalk. The unit was clean and comfortable. We recommend the unit to anyone seeking a quiet but convenient location to the beach, restaurants, and the boardwalk.
These condos (we rented both) were exactly what we needed. Easy check in and check out. They were clean and comfortable with close access to the beach. We are picky about some things and we had absolutely no complaints!
My family and I rented both the 3 bedroom apt and studio apt for our West Coast Thanksgiving trip. We had about 9 people in our party. Both apts were very clean, great layout for a group and perfect place to call home for the week. Location was out of control, half a block from the beach and walking distance from bars and restaurants. House came equipped with bikes, delicious welcome snacks and a book of recommendations for things to do within the area. Nina was extremely helpful and very nice. Will definitely be renting this again!
This place is great. We came to L.A. for a family reunion and wanted to be close to the beach and to our family staying near by. This is a great location in a residential area, a block to the beach and close to restaurants, the bike trail, etc. Our large family was staying in 3 different places, but since this condo is spacious, we chose this place for our family dinners each night. Kitchen fully equipped and a large table to accommodate a crowd. It's a real deal for what you get--garage for parking, bikes, boogie boards, etc. If you're looking for charm, character, comfort, a nice owner, and an amazing location, then this place is for you. It was perfect for us. We definitely recommend it and hope to be back one day! Thanks, Nina!
I have created a binder with my fav restaurants, yoga studio's, attractions, hair salons, and fun bike routes in the area. I also added suggestions for sights to see with driving directions. I have beach toys for use; bikes, surf boards, boogie boars, and beach chairs.
It's a great area, almost private beach without a boardwalk which is ideal! The walk to the beach is literally less than 5 mins. Just cross Pacific street & voila!
