Check this out! Cozy getaway home close to the heart of beautiful New Port Richey. The house is a modest 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, and sits on a very quiet street, minutes away from Downtown New Port Richey, where you will find nice restaurants, local stores and bars.
Our spacious backyard will provide moments of relaxation and memory making, with its deck and gazebo. It ends in a canal, which is the habitat of various wild animals.
The amenities include a charcoal grill, beach chairs and firepit.

Needs improvement

The A/C unit filters were dirty and we needed to clean them as soon as possible. The fence in the back was broken and fallen over into the neighbors yard. The back door did not lock it was secured with a stick that popped out. With the combination the of the fence being broken and the back door not having a lock it did bot feel secured.There were cockroaches in the living room. The owner has not responded to my request to return my cleaning fee since I needed to disinfect the property myself.

This place was not what the details are or pictures

This place is a older style home very small moldy and the neighbors had homeless people sleeping in their front yards and people in and out of their home also ppl sleeping in their cars the kitchen was extremely small the counters were all faded the pond in the back was completely covered in algae and not fenced if you have little kids I would not recommend this place at all the panels for the roof on the porch were hanging down it was not worth what we paid for 3 nights the back door didn't even have a lock it had a piece of wood to lay on the sliding door rail the screen doors were falling off the hinges the rood is covered in mold and gravel I wouldn't recommend they updated everything to be a vacation rental the area is not a nice area the neighbors on both sides were disgusting with traffic in and out all night

Lovely place!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for our needs and it was a relatively quiet neighborhood. The house is awesome! There are air conditioners in both bedrooms. We didn’t have time to use the fire pit but, if you have time to relax in the evenings, it would be great to use. Kitchen is well stocked with oil, utensils, and others daily needs. Keurig for coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Roku so you can watch anything you are a member of; Netflix, Amazon, etc.

Private/Rustic Getaway

The property lacked some of the usual modern conveniences of a vacation home such as onsite laundry facilities, a dishwasher and garbage disposal. It was also located in an off the beaten path area of town. However, it was quiet, clean and comfortable.
