About this property

Welcome to our cozy cottage, canal property. Gorgeous marsh view from the front porch. Fenced in yard for the pups. Dock your boat outback and be just three minutes from the intercoastal waterway and 10 minutes to the inlet to the ocean. For beach lovers we are the ninth house down the block from the beach access so just a short walk. Swordfish Drive also takes a turn and parallels to the ICW. A great place to walk the puppies. Just beautiful at night. (pet fee required) We have added an OUTDOOR SHOWER for the new season!

Upstairs living area with 55 inch smart HD TV. Downstairs living area has sitting room, (no steps to enter the ground level) table and chairs for cards, games, puzzles etc. 50" TV, DVR, VCR and t DVDs available. Free high speed internet.

An upgraded two zone central heating and air system with dehumidifier. Both master bedrooms have new king-size mattresses. Third bedroom is equipped with queen size bed. Downstairs family room has a full size convertible couch. Also a chair that converts into a twin size bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and stocked with dishes, pots pans, stockpot, gadgets and bakeware. Lots of small appliances like toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, crockpot etc. With just a short walk to the beach and the canal out back, the fun and activities are endless. Enjoy boating, swimming, kayaking, fishing, rafting and crabbing right out your back door. The yard is fenced in with his own shade tree and deck over hanging the water. Plenty of outdoor furniture and a gas grill in the backyard. There’s also room to dock your boat. Off street parking for 6 vehicles plus trailer in the front.

This property is available year round. 7 day minimum during peak season. Off-season, nightly rates available.

Peaceful location

House was very clean. My two beagles enjoyed the fenced in yard. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. It worked well for me, my son and his girlfriend and two dogs. I was kind of glad that my parents and grandfather couldn’t make it to this one. The only inside stairs are a very tight spiral staircase and the outside stairs would have been too much for them as well. I’d stay here again but would not recommend for the elderly.

Nice Beach House

This house had everything you could need. House was ready when promised and clean. Probably the most well-appointed kitchen of any house we have ever rented. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys if you forget your own. The beach is a quick walk up the street. The boat dock was great for launching kayaks and fishing. Plenty of parking. Communication with Linda the house manager was timely and informative. Great vacation for our family.

Great place for family reunions

Our families had three houses in Holden Beach to celebrate a 50th Wedding Anniversary. Everyone was nearby and we all enjoyed our time together. Seas & Ease was well equipped and very comfortable.

Having the dock to park your boat was a seller for us. Don't have a boat? You can fish, swim, raft, paddle board, kayak right from the dock of your fenced in back yard.

What makes this property unique

We feel that this property has a unique location offering so many nice places to walk your puppies. Also a nice quiet road to ride bikes with the little ones. The view of the marsh from the front porch with your morning coffee is my favorite way to start the day!
