Easy walks to downtown Victoria, to trendy Cook Street Village, to Beacon Hill Park and to the ocean shore, with spectacular views of the Olympic Mountains. An exclusive-use roof-top deck offers an oasis of calm. At approx. 1000 sq. ft, this third (top) floor apartment is compact but spacious, with a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, plus a den with sleeper sofa and second full bathroom.

Appliances include an in-suite washer/dryer, a dishwasher and microwave. There is secure underground parking, an elevator and bus service within one block. Utilities, including telephone and high-speed internet, provided. Available November - March, inclusive. Asking $1800 per month (four months minimum).

We love the handy location of our condo in Victoria. It is a short (15 minute) walk to the city's downtown area, and an even shorter walk to the ocean shore along which are very scenic walking paths.
