Your perfect oceanfront getaway awaits in this spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath Direct Oceanfront Condo! This place is absolutely amazing! Views are unmatched anywhere and quite spectacular!! You wont want to set your camera down! The sunrises are stunning but watching the moon rise and shine like a spotlight over a black Atlantic ocean is a sight you will never forget seeing!
With over 2300 sqft of indoor space and a 40 foot long deck, this condo is perfect for larger families or spending time with friends.
What makes this Condo different from others is that two of the three master suites are direct ocean front with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors out to the balcony! One of the masters includes a soaking tub, and both have walk in showers.
Fall asleep watching and listening to the waves roll in as the ocean breeze fills the room, watch the spectacular sunrises and moonrises over the Atlantic Ocean right from your bed. And then watch the sunset over the intercoastal waterway and the Daytona Speedway out the back windows! This super sized condo features a modern open concept design, wi-fi, kitchen, breakfast bar, living/dining area, large 2nd living room, washer and dryer, smart TVs, and a printer. Floor-to-ceiling windows offers sweeping views and natural light throughout. Sliding doors from the living room and the two bedrooms lead to a spacious 40 foot long terrace creating an indoor/outdoor living area to enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean with family or friends. Living room area provides plenty of room to lounge on the reclining sofa. All 3 bedrooms have private bathrooms and walk-in closets with plenty of room to unpack and feel at home.
Amenities include a fitness center, library and community room with a pool table and grand piano. Property has a private ramp with direct access to the beach. Wagon, beach chairs and beach towels are all in the condo. The 2nd master bath can be set up to accommodate handicap needs with a raised toilet seat and shower bench. It has handrails and an overhead and handheld shower. The 2nd master closet/dressing room has a bench and handrail for assistance in sitting and standing.
Pool is presently under construction. Beach access is available.

This condo was awesome. It was exactly as advertised. Really enjoyed the two main bedrooms having direct ocean views. The location was perfect and provided easy access to the surrounding areas. Check in and check out were super easy. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful views, comfortable condo!

We very much enjoyed our stay this June. The owners were easy to contact and communicate with, and the binder of info was helpful for figuring out tech things and check-out. The kitchen was great - well stocked with supplies - and we just had a fabulous time looking at the ocean, easy access to the ocean, and when needed, the TV in the living area is like being in a movie theater! So big! :) We had a great trip!

Great vacation option

It was a girls’ vacation for three generations of my family. My mom, sister and great niece joined my for two amazing weeks at this beautiful, spacious condo. The property was as advertised and we had a wonderful vacation. Will definitely rent here again! We were excited to be the first guests and had a great vacation. The unit wad exactly as advertised. All you need to bring are you clothing and toiletries. Only minor issue was the cumbersome check-in process. While I understand the unit owner needs to be certain the key is being returned but taking a selfie showing that I dropped the key in the mailbox seemed a bit much. Could not obtain property key until the photo was sent to the unit owner. This minor inconvenience was quickly forgotten as we enjoyed our vacation! The condo residents and fellow renters were very friendly and that helped make the vacation more enjoyable.
