Perfect ski house for 5 of us. Will definitely stay there again in the future.
A group of seven of us were looking for a place we could all hang out together after hitting the local mountain bike trails. Shelley's place was perfect! It's a big place with lots of room and plenty of beds. Nice chalet feel with modern comforts. The foosball table was a hit for some additional entertainment. The owner is great and was readily available when contacted. I'd recommend staying here for sure!
My buddies and i rented this condo and we were not dissapointed with anything! The big outdoor decks were great and roomy and the forest backdrop was nice to have as well. Lots of room inside and a great in home music system. With great hiking and snowboarding right out the front door this is a good all season place to chill out!
We stayed here for our cat skiing weekend, perfect place for large group. Excellent hot tub, kitchen, living room space, and super comfortable beds. Felt like you were staying in your own chalet. Owner really accommodating and helpful.
Great time! Lovely home with a hot tub with a view.
Spacious sleeping arrangements with super cozy duvets!
We stayed here with 2 other families (our numbers varied from 7 - 10 during our stay) while in the area for a provincial baseball tournament. The townhouse was PERFECT for our situation! Each family "claimed" a super spacious and well outfitted bathroom and one of the main bedrooms, while our boys were immediately taken by the bunk room. The kitchen was really well outfitted and stocked --- the best I've experienced so far using VRBO. It was a great size --- 3+ people could easily be working/preparing meals and snacks at a time, and the eating area was generous. The bbq and hot tub worked well, (though deck area had not been cleaned off, cleaning it up a bit was well worth it for the lovely evenings and private, quiet outlook on nature!) furniture was comfortable both on main floor and basement, it was fantastic to have the separation for the boys to hang out downstairs with the foosball/watch movies while we could chat and do what we liked up! Area wise, the hiking and biking in and around Red Mountain itself was absolutely phenomenal, and lake swimming/beach not too far away! We had never been to this area and would very happily revisit. Rossland is a quaint little town with neat shops/cafes and good grocery store. Shelley was great about answering emails/any questions we had---she was very patient with me! All in all, a wonderful surprise vacation. Hoping to recruit some people to go back with us again to enjoy what the area, and home, have to offer!
