This charming and completely updated one bedroom condo is steps from the Commercial Street restaurants and galleries. Located on a quiet one way street (with one off street parking space) the unit includes a large deck and patio providing for a private setting -- yet is steps to everything Provincetown has to offer. Park the car (or take the ferry from Boston) and walk/bike until you leave! Unit comes with 1 parking space - availability of second parking space an additional $75 per week.
This was a great place to stay. It had everything I needed and a great patio area to relax. Everything went smoothly and the host's communication was great with all the arrival instructions. Nice location, close to action but far enough away for peace and quiet. Highly recommended.
Great amenities and location. Very quiet street. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.
My partner and I stayed here for a week during Fourth of July in 2010; we enjoyed it soo much that we returned (to stay at the same place) for the same week this year (2011). The one-bedroom is detailed with all that you need to feel at home. It is comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. The airconditioner in the bedroom was adequate in cooling off the whole unit (if you kept the bedroom door open) and it has always been peaceful and quiet on Law St; inspite of being pefectly located in center of town. We especially enjoy the outdoor space; having breakfast outdoors and grilling in the evening. We look forward to staying on Law St. again!
I've rented this condo from Craig & Sean for a week in August for the past 2 years.
The condo is in an excellent location and condition on a quiet street at the beginning of the gallery district, East End. The condo is an exceptional size for a 1 bedroom and has everything you need. Fully equiped kitchen, more than enough linens to get you through the week, full size washer/dryer, great back deck and quant back yard with grill.
There are 3 condos in this converted home. One on the ground floor with this unit and then one upstairs. The first year the other ground floor unit was empty and the upstairs unit was rented but you would have never known someone was up there (when there were 2 people). This year, the other ground floor unit was being occupied and I never heard a peep out of them. The upstairs unit, there was a family of 4 (2 adults/2 children) and the first day I heard them moving around but after that it became "normal" and in no way made my stay unpleasant or would stop me from renting again or recommending this condo to a friend. It would be like saying the people that walk by outside on the street laughing or the cars that drive by would ruin my stay. It's really a non-issue.
I have not had an issue with the condo or contacting Craig or Sean. They have answered any questions I've had and have contacted me after each of my stays to make sure everything went well.
We stayed at this condo last summer. Just a warning, under the general description it says "air conditioning" and most people would assume this is a fully air conditioned unit. It is not! Just the bedroom has a small unit. If the temp is 85 to 90, like when we were there, it is unbearable. Be forewarned, the owners are deceptive about the air conditioning.
Unfortunately, when we were leasing, the upper unit had at least 6 people, including 3 children who ran rampant over our heads, throughout the property, dropped things & displaced dirt from the upper balcony onto the lower deck, making the outdoor area useless. Our option of enjoyed the deck & patio were ruined.
A wonderfully large one bedroom in central downtown location to all shops, galleries, and clubs that Provincetown offers. Four doors from Town Beach, the property is located in the East End in the Gallery District - home to several galleries, theatre, artist workshops, ferry and downtown square. This stylishly renovated condo is located in a charming 1850s home which includes a large private sunny deck with bluestone patio and garden tucked among the classic New England architecture in a cozy and quiet neighborhood. Unit includes washer and dryer, full kitchen, gas grill, outdoor teak dining set, Queen sized bed and pull out full sized sleeper sofa with retro fitted air mattress, shower, alarm system, deeded parking (near additional parking options), air conditioning (in bedroom) and heat.
