Great location and a comfortable base for a week in P'town.

  • 4 of 5

Spacious accommodations and all the essentials. Not a luxury rental but very comfortable considering the price. The location is fantastic, the outdoor space charming, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Despite trepidations after reading earlier reviews about the adequacy of the air conditioning system, we were quite comfortable on hot August days. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was perfect!

  • 5 of 5

This was our first time to Provincetown and we clearly picked the finest HomeAway residence in town. Located in the East End, we enjoyed the eclectic artwork and dining in the area. The home amenities, personal touches and responsiveness from the hosts were greatly appreciated. We plan on returning to Provincetown for future vacations and this location will be part of our planning.

Great stay

  • 5 of 5

This was a great place to stay. It had everything I needed and a great patio area to relax. Everything went smoothly and the host's communication was great with all the arrival instructions. Nice location, close to action but far enough away for peace and quiet. Highly recommended.

The perfect place!

  • 5 of 5

My partner and I stayed here for a week during Fourth of July in 2010; we enjoyed it soo much that we returned (to stay at the same place) for the same week this year (2011). The one-bedroom is detailed with all that you need to feel at home. It is comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. The airconditioner in the bedroom was adequate in cooling off the whole unit (if you kept the bedroom door open) and it has always been peaceful and quiet on Law St; inspite of being pefectly located in center of town. We especially enjoy the outdoor space; having breakfast outdoors and grilling in the evening. We look forward to staying on Law St. again!

Wonderful Experience

  • 5 of 5

I've rented this condo from Craig & Sean for a week in August for the past 2 years.

The condo is in an excellent location and condition on a quiet street at the beginning of the gallery district, East End. The condo is an exceptional size for a 1 bedroom and has everything you need. Fully equiped kitchen, more than enough linens to get you through the week, full size washer/dryer, great back deck and quant back yard with grill.

There are 3 condos in this converted home. One on the ground floor with this unit and then one upstairs. The first year the other ground floor unit was empty and the upstairs unit was rented but you would have never known someone was up there (when there were 2 people). This year, the other ground floor unit was being occupied and I never heard a peep out of them. The upstairs unit, there was a family of 4 (2 adults/2 children) and the first day I heard them moving around but after that it became "normal" and in no way made my stay unpleasant or would stop me from renting again or recommending this condo to a friend. It would be like saying the people that walk by outside on the street laughing or the cars that drive by would ruin my stay. It's really a non-issue.

I have not had an issue with the condo or contacting Craig or Sean. They have answered any questions I've had and have contacted me after each of my stays to make sure everything went well.
