Parallel to Brunnenallee and yet quiet, it has a separate entrance, bedroom 1 (1x2m bed), bedroom 2 (1.40 x 2m bed), living room (pullout sofa bed 160x200cm) with transition to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water cooker and toaster. From the living room you have access to the terrace, facing south and equipped with sun umbrella and garden furniture. Wlan is of course available. Pets please inquire. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
