Secure underground parking is available at no charge but you won't need a car to get around. 15 minute walk to the beach and Stanley Park hiking trails, kid's waterpark, the Vancouver Aquarium. Rent rollerblades and enjoy the waterfront from the 10 km seawall. Hop on the aquabus to the Planetarium or Granville Island Public Market. Shop till you drop on famous Robson Street, only one block away. Fully equipped fitness centre on-site.

perfeect condo for any occasion

This was a great condo stay. I was here with 2 friends for a makeup show. The condo was great for us cuz, convention center 10 min walk away and or a taxi was $5 to convention center. Robson street was a block away to all sorts of wonderful food and shops. So many choices to choose from. Loved the windows to the city. The whole condo was chic classic. The host was very very helpful. Texted her lots of times with questions around the area. For her helpful point of view. It has parking. Which was a plus for the city. Or you'd be paying to park. I will be back to this condo for sure. Thanks again.

Excellent location!

We stayed here from July 3rd to 8th. While not our first visit to Vancouver, this time we had more people to accommodate & Stephanie's place was perfect.

Great location, close to all the amenities downtown & a short walk to the beautiful Coal Harbour. The property is quiet, clean & comfortable, exactly as presented. Stephanie was always easy to get in touch with & responded promptly to all our inquiries. Highly recommend this spot.

Perfect stay for a family!

We spent 6 nights here with our 2 daughters ages 9 & 12. The condo was perfect for all of us. Within walking distance to Stanley park, Canada Place (we took the shuttle from here to Capilano bridge), science world (took the skytrain here), grocery stores, shopping on Robson and many restaurants. We walked almost everywhere including to the aquatic center where we took the aquabus to Granville Island. We rented a car but rarely used it. The condo appears as the pictures demonstrate. The walk in shower was perfect for our kids. The washer/dryer and having laundry soap available was perfect when travelling with kids. There was plenty of room for all 4 of us and the 2nd bedroom was perfect for our 2 girls. This building is very secure.....you can't even get in the building on on the elevator without a key. The surrounding area is also clean and safe with many people walking during the day and evening.

I have 2 suggestions:

- a few food storage containers to store fresh cut fruit or left over food......otherwise kitchen is very well stocked

- darker blinds.......it stays light out until 10pm then you have the city lights and the sun is up at 5am......our first morning there.....we were all exhausted. We went to walmart and bought some eye masks and that kinda helped but hard for the kids to keep on. Darker blinds would be beneficial since on vacation you like to sleep in a little.

Overall, a wonderful, safe stay for a family. Stephanie is wonderful and very helpful! We will be back!

A very pleasant property in a great location.

We found the unit well supplied with everything one would need for a great stay. The location was especially appealing, close to shopping, Stanley Park, waterfront, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed walks along the water and renting bikes to cycle around Stanley Park. Great Place?

Comfortable and convenient

We stayed for 3 nights in this 4th floor condo. There are 2 elevators in the building as well as stairs. It is in an area that is clean and loaded with shops and great restaurants. We used Urban Fare (like Whole Foods) about a block away for our groceries. Italian Kitchen at the eastern end of Alberni St was very good. The kitchen had enough dishes and silverware for 3 of us + 3 others traveling with us. Temps were comfortable, and there is a standing fan in each bedroom. There is a dishwasher, and a washer & dryer in a closet by the door. Very clean as in the pictures. The second bedroom is a little smaller than I had imagined; it would be crowded with 2 people unless they were small and snuggly. Stephanie was easy to reach with questions and very helpful with our early luggage drop. The building is secure and there is a concierge desk which appeared to be staffed during the day. Would stay here again!

Excellent!

Our stay was great. The condo was very clean, modern and spacious. It was very comfortable and was at a very central, convenient downtown location. Our host, Stephanie, was very welcoming and responded to questions right away. I especially thank her for the care and thoughtfulness she has put into the condo to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
