ELEVATOR ,YES this is very important at at the beach for all condos,some you must climb 3 floors up, not here.+++ Hey! I want to 'SEE, HEAR & SMELL the water, when I go to the beach. Master bed room and Great room face the water. You can slide my master bed room door back about 3 inches and the waves sound like they are breaking in the bed with you, WOW sleep on that. You can 'walk' to shops, rest. and night life, that's GOOD NEWS. Avoids Tybee's huge parking fees!
Some of the main attractions include: Tybee Lighthouse and Museum, Fort Pulaski, Fort Jackson, Historic Downtown Savannah, Fishing Trips, Dolphin Watching, and Golf. On this Island you can walk with a drink in your hand anywhere,you cannot carry bottle beer on the beach or pets.
This three bedroom, two bath, Non-Smoking condo is located on Tybee's South End. 'Oceanfront' and only feet from the Pier and Pavilion, as well as restaurants and shops.

Our family is a long-time resident of coastal Georgia with roots dating back to Georgia's founding in the 1700's. We enjoy fishing, hunting, flying, and spending time at the beach with family and friends. We visit our properties often, stay in them ourselves, and work hard to provide a quality home-away-from home experience.

Super location right in the heart of the pier and downtown shops & rest.. Amazing ocean front view from the huge L shaped Wrap porch/balcony.
Walking to 16th street downtown shops, walking to dinner or drinks and Fannie's, Spanky's or Doc's. Walk right to the beach, no searching for parking. Stroll down to the pier or watch the moon over the ocean from the front porch! You can walk with a drink in hand anywhere in a cup , no bottle beer on beach or pets, Police will ticket you.
After several vacation stays on Tybee utilizing the nearby hotel, this year we opted for a condo. It was, in a word, PERFECT!
I could list many features of this condo, like the fabulous oceanfront/beach views; proximity to Tybee hot spots (the Pier, shopping/restaurants, nightlife); the unique beach themed furnishings (including the wrap-around, covered porch with hammock); and, the well appointed kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, but for me, the biggest "selling" point was our interaction with the owner.
From our first contact with Owen, it became clear that we were in for a special vacation. He went out of his way to ensure all of our pre-booking questions were answered; called us enroute to make sure we were safely on our way, and, when he found out we would be a bit early, made sure the condo was available; contacted us throughout our visit to check on us; and, shared his knowledge of the local area (even so far as to recommend, and assist, in booking a charter fishing trip). If I didn't know better I'd swear that he actually had a hand in influencing the weather, as it was wet for a few days prior to our arrival, and an early season tropical storm arrived just hours after our departure, but every day we were there was warm and dry!!
In a peanut shell, if you're considering a stay on Tybee Island, you owe it to yourself to stay at a place where you can immerse into the surroundings - from the sounds and smells of the ocean right outside your living room / bedroom sliding doors, to the southern hospitality of your host - this condo is the go to spot. It was nothing short of PERFECT!!
Perfect location, perfect layout ... everyone needs a place like this to go ...
And Tybee is the perfect getaway for families of SCAD students from neighboring Savannah, only 30 minutes away.
A quiet but fun beach town with everything you need within walking distance.

Wow !! We have been renting from owners for over 15 yrs. Our experience with Owen was better than amazing! Not only did he exhibit excellent communication he went out of his way on SHORT NOTICE to make our getaway possible. The corner condo was impeccable, with breathtaking ocean front views, in a prime location. He made sure the condo was well appointed, with great beds, linens, and fully stocked. We had easy access to information regarding the area and Owen provided great feedback with his extensive knowledge of the area. Everything is within walking distance. Restaurants, shopping, coffee, grocery store and best of all the beach !! He checked in to make sure we were comfortable and was always kind and humble. We will never be able to repay his hospitality -- if you are looking for a great rental this is THE ONE !!
This condo has room for everyone, and very clean! The view was beautiful for the sunset and rise everyday! The pier and all the stores were in walking distances. We didn't have to drive anywhere. The condo is fully furnished with easy access to the elevator right at the door, we could cook or snack whenever we wanted to stay in for the evening. The beach is so pretty and clean. The hammock on our balcony was awesome to nap in, or just relax listening to the peaceful waves. I could have laid in the hammock all day looking at the amazing scenery. I'm already wanting to go back! Thank you Owen, for all the information on local places and things to do. We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Can't wait to return.
Was running in the Rock n Roll Half Marathon on 11/7, so turned it into a girl's getaway too! Owen's place was the perfect size and location! Loved it! Probably will try and make this an annual event!
Visiting Savannah and Tybee Island was on our bucket list. The Condo was perfect in every way. My daughter, my husband and I all enjoyed the visit. We drove in to Savannah to explore the historical area, but Tybee Island was our base. The hammock provided very peaceful naps for me. This condo is very clean and well equipped. Blender for frozen drinks when we didn't hit "Wet Willies". Everything was within walking distance for us. We ate breakfast at the Breakfast Club and the Sunrise Cafe. If you want to have a place that is right in the middle of everything book this condo. The owner answered any questions promptly.
