I've never tried a VRBO property before but if this apartment is any indication - we're hooked! You can't beat the value or location of this apartment. My wife and I loved staying here and couldn't believe how nice it is for the money. You guys have done a fantastic job balancing the quality of your renovation of an older building yet still keeping the rates so affordable. I normally stay in hotels for business but took a chance on this apartment since we're considering a relocation to Atlanta and needed to stay more than a week. We liked the neighborhood so much and all the nearby restaurants that we've decided to look for a home within a few blocks when we're ready to move.
A special thanks to Kevin & the owners for all the help you offered during our stay. It's great to feel like we already have friends there. You've all done a great job - we'll definitely recommend it to all of our friends and my business colleagues!
Studios on 25th is the perfect place to stay for any type of vacation. For me it was a "staycation " while my boyfriend was visiting from NZ. I loved the location. It is close to so many restaurants and bars, as well as a grocery store. It is so close to downtown, which provides the option of having many things to do and see. The property was spotless. It was so clean that it felt like a home. The amenities are fantastic as well. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen because it was updated and clean. It was nice being provided with pots, pans, mixing bowls, dinnerware, and silverware. The two most important things for me are the cleanliness of the bathroom and bed....each went beyond my expectations. I looked forward to getting in that bed every night. It was also nice having a laundry facility. I would highly recommend Studios on 25th to anyone. Price is great, the room was fabulous, the owner (Danielle) was super nice, and overall I had zero issues. Job well done Danielle! I can't wait to come stay again!
My boyfriend and I went on our first vacation together. We were lucky enough to find this apt Studio, the room exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very modern and clean. The queen mattress was extremely comfortable we slept like a baby. The location was perfect in a nice quite, safe neighborhood, my boyfriend and I felt safe enough to walk at night to the local restaurants. Mr. Dee was GREAT - quick to answer and made sure our needs were met. Next time when we come to Atlanta we'll definitely staying here again!!!!!!
The studio apt was very cozy and had everything you need for your stay. All you'd have to do is shop for a few groceries and you're good to go. We had a small issue with the TV and called the service desk. The girl on duty was very helpful and assisted us getting it back on line with Direct TV right away. Awesome little restaurants the locals eat at were so good. Have breakfast at the Egg Harbor Cafe one block to you left from the apt. On Peachtree St. Also had pizza at Albrita's (spelling my be a little off) but within two miles of the apt. We went to the aquarium and also attended a concert. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at the Studios on 25th. We would stay here again.
This property is located in Midtown Atlanta at Buckhead in a quiet, largely residential neighborhood. There are many restaurants in easy walking distance, from Chipotles and quirky pizza and Mexican joints to more upscale Tuk Tuk (Thai) and Houston's. The wonderful High Museum is only a mile away. Most neighborhoods, each with its own distinctive vibe, are 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic; rush hour seems to begin at 3:30. Free parking can be problematic, though there are plenty of pay lots.
The studios themselves appear to be recently renovated, are clean and outfitted with Ikea everything, from bathroom and kitchen fixtures to furniture and lighting. There is a large screen television, a reasonably comfortable bed and small sofa and chair. In addition to bed linens and good size towels, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper and tissues, and dish washing liquid are provided. There is also a small coffee maker with filters.
Overall, we were pleased with the quality and price. Our only quibble was the behavior of some of the guests. Several days they were outside loudly talking and laughing at two, three and four in the morning. They could be heard even through closed windows. As there didn't appear to be any on-site staff, nothing was done.
The studio was very clean and perfect for what we needed for the weekend. The bathroom door was very hard to open and close. The AC unit wouldn't work one night, but started back up in the morning. Everything else was good.
