About Brandon

I am a professional musician and have rehabilitated a few old homes in uptown new orleans that people love to stay at.

Brandon purchased this house in 2004

Why Brandon chose Carrollton

This was the first house I purchased and I lived in it for many years

What makes this house unique

Oak street area is a great area with the maple leaf bar, and Carrolton Station close by, and the coffee shops and restaurants just a block away its a really relaxing, fun area to be in. Never crowded with tourists, its still very centrally located in New Orleans.

The NOLA vibe at its best

  • 5 of 5

The house was beautiful, hardwood floors, awesome kitchen and dining space. Great front and back porch to sit and enjoy the NOLA vibe. In addition to being a minute's walk from the Maple Leaf, there were a bunch of great coffee shops and resturants nearby. We also found a nerby paved jogging/biking trail along the levy which had nice veiws of the Missisippi River. The whole process went smoothly. We arrived to a spotless house with clean linens and plenty of towels. I highly recommend this spot.

Another Amazing Stay

  • 5 of 5

This is the 4 time I've stayed at this property. It is always in top shape upon our arrival. The house is very clean, with excellent central air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The neighborhood is my favorite when staying in New Orleans. With excellent restaurants and music clubs within minutes of the house. Within 1 day you feel like you're apart of the local community. We'll be back again next year.

Great, Great, Great!

  • 5 of 5

If you are looking to visit New Orleans, then stay in this house. Brandon is very accommodating and the house is very comfortable (we had 7 plus a baby). It is also situated in a great place with lots of local flavor. The house is only 1 block away from many amenities (restaurants, bars, pharmacy, and funky stores) in a cool and eclectic neighborhood. Also, you have a short walk to the St. Charles streetcar line, which takes you all the way to the French Quarter. I definitely recommend staying here.
