**The first 6 guests and first 2 cars are included in the booking price after that:

$6 per person (over 6 years of age) per day.

Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle

We will ask for vehicle information and final confirmation of guest count to register your party when we approach the check in date.

Access includes the roads, gates, garbage, lodges, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, pools, lakes, beaches, the gym, and attending any of the events in the exclusive, private, gated community.
